Was treated very respectfully and was given options for the types of filters I used to buy, which was cheaper than what I used to pay. Will definitely return for filter replacements and possible upgrade.

Good filtration service for the past three years. We have three people living in our home and we change the filters approximately twice a year. This service is better than having to invest several hundred dollars in a built in model.

After checking prices locally and on-line, and having one on-line company wait 10 days before informing me they could not acquire the item, I ordered from GTA Water. Within a week, the item had arrived and I'd installed it--it's working just fine. I'd order from them again in a minute.

I have been using this water filter for a number of years and am very happy by what chemicals can be eliminated. All I do is just change the filters every six months. I highly recommend to any of my friends.

I bought both an above counter metropure filter system and a Santevia countertop dispenser about a year ago from gta water. Have been extremely happy with both water systems and the customer service is excellent. I had one defective santevia filter at time of purchase, called in to let them know, they said, take a picture and email to them, within minutes had new filter processed and ready to ship. The prices are unbeatable from gta water, have bought numerous replacement filters since, and even bought a counter top metropure as a Xmas gift for family.

hello,,,,,,,I use the METRO2 water filter system.........
I believe it to be the best, in price and quality..........
I have tried others but some can be as mush $75.00 more for the same system,,,,,,,,,and the water taste is absolutely wonderful.......
the keeps all the important nutrients in and destroys all the bad stuff. It actually does remove VOC's like lead and metals etc.

i live in brampton in an apartment and the TAP water here is very bad...it has a lot of calcium and the water is very hard.....
METRO2 takes ALL of it out,,,,and does NOT hamper taste,,,,,,
and the best of all it removes 90% FLUORIDE,,,,,,,,,
please reed up on flouride,,,,,,,,,,its very bad for you,,,,,,,,,,
its the reason young children are going to the dentist with problems,,,and if FLUORIDE is so good for you ! then why is it NOT
recomended for children 6 years and under...and you will find out if you follow up that fluoride in your everyday toothpaste is strong enough to actually kill a small child (1-3 yrs.).
and using the water from the filter for FOOD is fantastic as well...
for eg. you know when you boil water it turns cloudy and smells..
thats the VOC"S and chemicals escaping.......with filtered water it stays clear and the steam is clean and refreshing.

And also the PH of the filtered water if you filter slowly it is PH 8.4
so there is NO NEED to buy one those ALKALINE filters from health food stores as they are only a gimick,,,,,water has to FLOW through a
filter NOT static like a PH STICK,,,,,,,it does not work either....

since I have been using the filter ( 5 years ) now,,,,,,,I feel much better,I dont get headaches as much and heartburn is gone as well..

and if you think that " I think ill buy my bottled water instead."
NO!!!!,,,,,,,,,,bottled water is TOXIC!,,,,,,,,,,,it has 0% nutrients,,,,,,,,
they use REVERSE OSMOSIS which takes out and kills everything
even the important nutrients that your body needs......

If you buy your EVIAN water crap $ $2.99 for a 12 pack for 1 year
(52 weeks ) thats $155.00........MORE than the price of a METRO2..

Sure you might say,,,,,and i fully understand your point that,,,,
"you have to keep buying filters for it" yes thats true,,,,,
to keep filter good clean healthy water,,,,,,,,,you MUST change filters...BUT..........the filters are only $70.00........I dont think you can get your bottled toxic waste anywhere for under $100.00 per year.

I purchased "my" from GTA WATER,,,,,,,,,,very experienced and fiendly people......

The person on line Tom is very helpful, he quickly help to identify the replacement filter I'm looking for and provided a quote. I checked a few places and got the lowest price from GTA water.
