Sean was very knowledgeable and he explained a lot of things during the inspection. He was very open and upfront with his limitations (he sends you a standard of care document) and he answered all of my questions very clearly. He was very thorough with the inspection and gave me very clear recommendations.

I highly recommend Sean Moss if you are contemplating purchasing a new home. I pushed back my initial subject removal date in order to have him inspect our home, and I am extremely happy with my decision!

I searched online and through local papers for a reputable Home Inspector. I was not about to leave such an important part of the home purchase to just anyone. I did my research and could quickly see that Sean Moss was at the top of the recommendations everywhere I looked. Now I see why. He was prompt and professional with all communications. He took his time doing an extremely thorough review of the townhouse, top to bottom. Not only did he inspect everything, he took the time to point out areas that I would need to maintain, and made recommendations on how to maintain them. There wasn't a stone unturned in terms of the degree of inspection. I would rate higher than top if I could as I think he went beyond what I expected. I will use him again on my next purchase, and will be recommending him to anyone in need.

I needed a home inspection but wasn't interested in again hiring the last guy I had used. So I conducted some Better Business bureau checks and internet searches to see if I could find someone within my local area who had a good reputation. Sean popped up as the front runner so I decided to take a chance on him. What a great choice!

Sean was great at answering my emails and phone calls promptly and professionally. As a result, I did not even bother to meet him in person before the inspection.

On inspection day, Sean went through his routine and then walked me through the house when I showed up a few hours later. Sean pointed out things which could be issues, things which were fine and things which were good, all in a language that I understood. I found him to be thorough and fair.

Sean conducted the inspection in the morning and had the report to me the same evening. I sent the report to my realtor, who then forwarded the report to the builder. The builder determined that everything Sean had pointed out was reasonable and the issues were rectified.

I hope that I will not be buying a house again anytime soon but when I do, Sean is the one I will be contacting for any future inspections.

I contracted Sean to perform a home inspection on a condo - my first ever such experience. I found Sean to be very personable and a great communicator. He seems to genuinely enjoy what he does. I appreciated the fact that he welcomes the buyer along on his inspection and is very open to explaining his findings (at a level appropriate for the buyer) as he goes.
He was punctual and his detailed report was available early the next morning after an evening inspection.

Sean was incredibly thorough. He went beyond our expectations and provided an extensive detailed report, the same night! He allowed us to join him on the inspection and pointed out the flaws of the home as he encountered them. We are much more aware of what we should be looking for in the future.
