After talking to three other contractors, we decided to hire Jorian to redo our kitchen floor. Unlike other contractors, Jorian was detailed in explaining the upfront costs and products used. He always showed up on time and kept the mess to a minimum. Although we have fairly strict strata rules, he was also very accommodating and complied to the restrictions. As for his work, the tiled floor looks awesome. The tile lines were straight and we did not have any uneven spots. After the job was done, Jorian did a very good job cleaning up the work areas.

We decided to give ProRise a call because of the good reviews and high BBB rating. After the first meeting, I knew exactly why they have high ratings. Joseph, the owner, was very professional and detailed in the explaining the procedure and the materials that were used. He walked around the house and gave a clear explanation on all of the problems. Unlike other contractors that I called up, some did not return my call or did a very quick walk through (no details regarding the work that needs to be done). ProRise's quote was clear and highlighted all of the work in detail. He made several trips to the house to check on the work and made sure all of the walls were washed. Joseph and his crew did a great job (pictures to prove it) and they cleaned up completely. Without a doubt, I will definitely recommend ProRise to friends and family!

We decided to give Adanac a try since the company has a high HomeStars rating and an A+ rating with BBB. I was impressed right away when they were able to give me a quote within a day. The quote very clear and detailed. Adanac's staff member, Trisha, was very accommodating and helpful. A day before the job, we were unsure about the gutter colours so Trisha asked us to send her photos. She helped us choose the right colour for our gutters and she was responsive to our questions. The gutters were installed beautifully and the onsite staff cleaned up completely after the job. I would definitely go back to Adanac for future projects. I highly recommend this company. They definitely lived up to their rating and BBB rating.

Sean was very knowledgeable and he explained a lot of things during the inspection. He was very open and upfront with his limitations (he sends you a standard of care document) and he answered all of my questions very clearly. He was very thorough with the inspection and gave me very clear recommendations.
