We were in the market for a Combination boiler for our new hydronic floor heating and what a pleasure it was to work with this company. From the beginning to the end the communication was excellent. Bruce and Travis, his son, were lovely to deal with, and the work was timely, efficient and thorough. Their crew worked hard, and cleaned up beautifully at the end. I very much look forward to having Imperial Energy's crew take over the annual maintenance of the Combi-boiler and air handler. Would highly recommend!

Just my luck, my Furnace, Humidifier, Central Air Cleaner and Air Conditioner all were costing me forty cents on every dollar or more or were not working at all; time to have
an up grade. I had researched the different products on the internet available such brands as Carrier/Bryant, GME, Brian-Nutone, Goodman, Lennox, and I found that such
companies seemed to cash in on the need of customers of furnaces just before winter arrives by selling there older models at discounted prices in my opinion. We had are old products
for thirteen years and the newer products have improved in efficiency and longevity, saving you money over the next thirteen years so I decided to go with the best Trane and like
there Moto reads "It's hard to stop a Trane" I believe this and you will too if you choose Trane. Imperial Energy representative Norman Jahromi was send to my home for a full consultation
and he was patient, attentive, listened to our needs and formulated a cost effective package saving me one thousand dollars. On October 14, 2017 one day later a installation crew arrived in a Mercedes Van, Amir and Irfan, who were neat efficient and worked ten hours to complete the job in one day. Me and my family thank Imperial Energy and Trane for the products and installation.

I’m renovating my entire house and adding a second suite. I’ve contracted Imperial energy to do the engineering and permits, as well as supply and install two full furnace systems. They have been honest and dedicated to my project the entire way, and have been the most profession trade I have worked with yet. Travis and Bruce were very attentive and made sure everything was taken care of at all times, and they’re installer Ali was professional and extremely knowledgeable. In no time they came to diagnose our broken A/C in the middle of the September's hit wave, gave us an offer to replace our broken A/C with the matching unit and did the job the next day.

The technicians were absolutely terrific and even with absolutely foul weather their performance and attention to detail was phenomenal. Norman, the compnay representative was straight forward and easy to deal with.

As a result of the new installation I can safely say that with absolutely no change in our AC usage other than having a new ductless system compared to an ancient central system that required two "window shakers" to assist it, our hydro bill has dropped from 1440 Kwh last year in July to 574Kwh this year.

Travis & Bruce are professional & knowledgeable and provided us quickly with recommendations for furnace, air-con, tankless unit perfect for our family's need. we have lots hot water to do many household chores simultaneously including showering. we hardly hear the Goodman's unit running, its so quiet. Imperial's follow-up, installation & service were great, definitely would work with them again.

Bruce and Travis provided information on a variety of products and specifications to allow me to decide which option was best for me. Installation was timely. A few glitches on the day of installation were quickly resolved by the installation team and head office in being quickly responsive.
Final outcome resulted in a satisfied customer.

Last week I contacted Bruce at Imperial who gave me a quote from photos I sent to supply and install a new 96% efficient Goodman furnace to replace my 11 year old 80% frigidaire. Bruce was very helpful and answered all my questions in a straightforward manner.
He and Travis the sales manager came back very quickly with a very competitive quote on Saturday. It was not the cheapest quote but it was close and the company I trusted more. They had Amir and his collegue here around 9:30 Thursday to do the install. They had to do some tight fitting due to the size difference but worked it all out, did a neat installation, cleaned up completely and checked the operation and compatibility in all modes with my existing setback thermostat.
They are members of the right industry organizations and have a clean BBB record. Bruce even handled a last minute change by me fairly and cheerfully.
I recommend their services and would use them again.
