Royal Flush Renovations

We needed a plummer to put in new Kitchen and Bathroom taps and clear another slow running drain. I found our plummer on the Baeumler Approved website. He was the only recommended plummer in Hamilton/Stonet Creek. Dave came same day we called, was prompt, courteous and very reasonable. Thanks Dave.

Fast, friendly and professional service provided on a weekend day but did not charge extra for the after hours service. The plumber is courteous and friendly and trustworthy. This is the 3rd time I have called on him for service.

Had a great experience with Royal Flush when we had our sump pump replaced. We needed a follow-up visit as our home is just above the water table and therefore we needed the pump raised up a bit to avoid it going off non-stop. Royal Flush returned for the follow-up visit and without delay and did a great job.

Called Dave and he was here exactly when he said he would. He attacked the clog, cleared it, checked it, made some recommendations to prevent future clogs and was on his way. He's knowledgeable and efficient. We're very happy.

Reached out to Royal Flush as we discovered water damage on the basement ceiling which was leading back to the toilet in the bathroom above. Once the toilet was removed, it was obvious it had been really poorly installed, flange wasn't even screwed down! (Pic of damaged flange included) Dave had zero room to work with (pic of tight space included), and insanely tight space to work around in the basement, and he really made it work. It took A LOT of problem solving and having to somewhat rebuild the basement ceiling joists *under* my upstairs toilet to ensure the toilet was truly safely secured. We are super grateful as to how quickly he managed to come over and take care of the issue. Many, many thanks Dave!

Great work and a friendly crew. Showed up within an hour of contacting them on a Sunday evening. Worked until 10 pm in the evening the following day (in the rain) so that we could have a relaplacemnt pipe installed and use our water. They went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend their services.

Came last minute to redo a shower base that was leaking and to do the liner on another shower base. Really came through in a pinch for me and had it all done in basically four days.

Dave and helpers did a great job. What was great about Dave is that he replies so quickly to texts and even came on a Sunday which fit with our schedule. He was efficient and yet took time to answer any questions we had. Thanks Dave!

Had a completely clogged kitchen sink drain which i tried to fix my self and gave up. Despite it being Thanksgiving morning Dave came to my house within 30 minutes and had it snaked and flowing perfectly within 15 minutes or so and for a very reasonable price. Recommended!
