The service technician was on time and called before he came. He respected my home and cleaned up. The furnace service was accomplished and he found a few small improvements to the furnace operation and implemented them. The best part was that I explained some water drainage problems I'd had since another company had installed the furnace in 2006 and he inspected the venting system for me. He said that the vent pipes were installed incorrectly (wrong sloping and wrong pipe lengths) and suggested that I have the furnace re-vented to eliminate the water drainage problems. I'll have The Furnace Company revent the furnace.

Everything exceeded my expectations and was above average in my dealings (based on previous contractors) with Reliance Furnace Company. Starting with Chris, the salesman (who is actually a tradesman with installation experience). He was honest, straight forward and answered all my questions. He provided a detailed, line by line accurate quote in writing before he left the house. I had questions later which he followed up quickly by email. Installation took place within a week of accepting the quote. The installers Aaron and Shaun were courteous, knowledgeable and fast. The job was finished ahead of the estimated time. Aaron took his time going over the instructions and programming with me. There was an issue the same day with the batteries in the C02 detector due to the cold storage in the truck. Service Tech Jeff came out that same day and corrected it. My wife and I are very pleased with our new furnace and water heater and the service we received.

Nolan and Aaron were punctual and very efficient. They replaced my old furnace. Excellent work ethic and knowledgeable of their product. I would definitely use Reliance the Furnace Company for any future home heating/plumbing concerns. Highly recommend Nolan and Aaron to my friends and family

Jeff Rose came out when I noticed some leakage around the condensation reservoir. He repaired the reservoir and provided maintenance on the furnace. A very friendly and knowledgeable guy! Same company did a good job installing the furnace 5 years ago. Highly recommend them!

Furnace didn't ignite. Furnace Company came same day. Quick, efficient, knowledgeable repairman (Jeff R) diagnosed problem and made repair. Had been told we needed expensive new part by other repair service. Not needed. Big savings.

From the initial contact with The Furnace Company to follow up service we had nothing but excellent service. The Furnace Company set up an appointment with one of their sales reps for the next day. Dave was knowledgeable about the products the company sold and gave us guidelines as to what he thought the best options were. There was no pressure to sign a contract at the time of the appointment. The installation happened within two days of our decision to go with The Furnace Company. Jamie and Jordon were fast and efficient. They explained everything they did and were very patient about answering our questions. They laid down drop cloths to keep our floors clean and removed their shoes if they had to move beyond the drop cloths. We had some minor issues after installation with our thermostat and Jeff came out promptly to replace it. We would gladly recommend this company to friends, family and neighbours who are in the market for a new furnace or hot water tank.

The house got cold on a very cold day! Furnace failure. Called RelianceTFC for help and they said they would send a Tech ASAP.
When the Technician phoned he said he would be right over. Mr. Jeff Rose arrived at the house and he was very courteous, knowledgeable , well-trained and experienced. Jeff was very careful to do a PROPER ANALYSIS of the problem before he told us what the problem was and what was required to repair it properly. The repair was done and then he tested the system to ensure that all was well. He explained each part of the invoice to us and offered a protection-plan as well to cover future problems. What a "superstar" professional. We then had a nice warm house again and fears of frozen plumbing were gone. Thanks Jeff and TFC. Will recommend to others.

Furnace wasn't working. Called several companies for emergency repair. Reliance gave me information as to the approx. cost and they came to the house within 3 hours. Every other company I called estimated at least a 6 hour wait.
The man that came was very helpful and professional. Very good experience. Will recommend to friends and family.

Last week, at minus 15 degrees, the furnace stopped working at 8 pm. I googled the Shell Busey website and then called Reliance, The Furnace Company. Jeff, their Service Tech, responded and before 10 pm, the repair was complete and the heat was back on.

I used Reliance for the install of our air conditioning and I was so impressed by the installers and the company in general that I thought they would be a great choice to clean our furnace as well.

Not as impressed with this side of their company. I was told they would arrive between 12 pm & 4 pm, they didn't arrive until 5:30 pm and I did not receive a phone call telling me this until 3:45 pm so I stayed home all afternoon for nothing. The guys they sent to do this job not nearly as professional as their other employees. They were not particularly careful with their equipment on my freshly painted walls or my hardwood floor. One of them went out the back door to access something and then came back in on the hardwood leaving piles of snow all over. I chose this company because of my previous experience, they were definitely not the best price. I will not be calling them back next year to clean my furnace.
