The house got cold on a very cold day! Furnace failure. Called RelianceTFC for help and they said they would send a Tech ASAP. When the Technician phoned he said he would be right over. Mr. Jeff Rose arrived at the house and he was very courteous, knowledgeable , well-trained and experienced. Jeff was very careful to do a PROPER ANALYSIS of the problem before he told us what the problem was and what was required to repair it properly. The repair was done and then he tested the system to ensure that all was well. He explained each part of the invoice to us and offered a protection-plan as well to cover future problems. What a "superstar" professional. We then had a nice warm house again and fears of frozen plumbing were gone. Thanks Jeff and TFC. Will recommend to others.
