Our builder supplied us with 6 upgraded electrolux appliances from Coast. The Washer was not installed properly. The dryer needed two service calls. The micro wave required two service calls. The gas cook top range needed 3 service calls and still does not work right. The fridge did not provide chilled water, after two service calls we were told Electrolux does not chill water anymore. After the warranty expired, the dishwasher started to leak and took two service calls to fix, and then the unit was not put back properly. The convection wall oven fan stopped working, it was fixed in one visit, but not without a cost for labour and a huge chip out of hour hardwood floor.
My concern is that we have been supplied with 6 out of 6 upgraded Electrolux appliances that have all had problems. What are the odds of that?
No to be fair, so far, we have paid the labour and service calls for the out of warranty items, and Electrolux has paid for a seal for the dishwasher that sells for $75.
