Charlie and his crew did a great job. He was courteous, helpful, informative, and prompt. The overall cost was less than he quoted, and he did an extra job for us at no cost (just because he saw that it needed doing). We will definitely call him again, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others.

Charlie, I not sure I can do him justice through a simple review. He is unbelievably reliable, honest, fair, and personable. I highly recommend Charlie for any of your repair needs. I want to thank you again Charlie for your help, and your professionalism is bar none. Michael

First two projects was very happy. Third project i had some concerns about the pricing and Charlie and Anna just ignored my concerns and justified themselves. It appears that charging a customer for materials and then taking what is remaining is an acceptable business practice to Mr Rescue. Also i recommend if you consider using them go into this knowing there is a 4 hour minimum. It may not be stated and if your job takes 2 hours they will happily charge you for 4 and leave the site without offering to see if they can do anything else since you have paid for an additional 2 hours. Too bad since Charlie is very nice and his actual work is good. Just make sure you understand their business practices and i hope you have no questions or concerns at the end because i doubt they will try to address them.

Charlie and crew did a terrific job renovating my daughter's bathroom, installing light fixtures and shelves and a countertop as well as repairing the walls and painting the complete room. I will not hesitate to use them again .

Charlie and crew were accommodating and pleasant to have around. I had a bunch of odd jobs all over the house, from replacing patches of drywall to fixing loose steps, replacing exhaust fan, moving an electrical conduit, fixing a sink drain leak, re-attaching the door to the garage and finishing a wee section of the basement. all got taken care of in less than a day for less than quoted and I would definitely work with them again.

After having a hard time getting a handyman to follow through on their quote and actually start work, Charlie was a life saver. Immediately after giving us a quote he set up a schedule to begin work. (And he stuck to the schedule). Charlie was easy to reach and prompt to return our calls. All of the work done was meticulous, especially with the plumbing, and the job site was always left clean. Thanks Charlie! Looking forward to working with you again!

Did an amazing job renovating our basement. Completed it within the time stated and gave us advice for further suggested alterations. Will recommend to family and friend for not only exceptional service but also low cost!

Mr Rescue truly came to my rescue. My toilet had died a slow death and of course it then became a 911 as I needed it. Charlie was booked solid but took sympathy and squeezed me in the next day! It was my first time calling him and it certainly won't be my last.

When Charlie came by to give me an estimate on a number of other household projects, I was in the middle of calling a plumber to deal with a flooded bathroom floor and leaking downstairs ceiling. Charlie saved me a bundle by telling me to cancel the plumber and that he could take care of the problem. He has since performed a number of jobs around my house (including the installation of two very tricky lighting fixtures) at a very reasonable price and in a very timely manner and has always followed up to ensure I was happy with the finished product. Charlie is a pleasure to deal with and I would not hesitiate to recommend him to family, friends and neighbours, and I`m sure I will be calling on him again in future.

Charlie recently did my bathroom reno and did a fantastic job. He was very accomodating and completed the job on time. I plan on using him again and will recommend him to friends.
