Robin and his installation crew did a terrific job in our opinion ! They worked hard and got the job done on time, with lots of good camaraderie, and were a pleasure to have here.
We have been amazed at the difference the windows have made. Now our house doesn't get too hot on the warm days - it is absolutely fine - and we are looking forward to seeing what a difference it makes in the winter. The other thing we've found and which was a big surprise to us, is that the house is much quieter - road noises are mostly gone and the whole house feels better and more snug. And we are starting to think about getting the front windows and front doors replaced next summer!

Our window project is complete, Thanks to Gienow Renovations for a well organized program which followed a critical path nicely. Also there is no doubt regarding quality material and workmanship. Excellent. Good communication and timely. Lastly kudos to your installer team of Dave, Chris and Eric. They worked diligently through chilly conditions but did a neat installation and kept the sites clean. A tribute might be that they were welcome in our home and we were comfortable with their presence. Thank you!

What an amazing job they did, clean, safe worksite, felt very good about the quality of the work that was completed and VERY happy with the new windows, I will be using them again when I have more windows replaced. Professional and very respectful workmen were on site.

By the first cold season we could tell there were some problems with the product. I have had wood windows and doors that were 20 years old before that were still better than these. The snow came right in through the door!!

We had to replace 5 windows in our home after a storm, I am so glad we chose Gienow to do the job. From start to finish we felt comfortable and excited with the process, every one was very knowledgeable, available, and professional.
We were able to get a quote appointment quickly, and unlike the other company's we had come out, Gienow provided the quote on the spot, making it possible to see the price difference while looking at all of our options. We had 4 other quotes and Gienow was easily the best value. We were able to get upgraded triple pane windows for the same as others standard.
Production time was the same as everywhere, and even though our install was bumped by a week (December weather) the communication was always great and there were no surprises.
On install days the crew arrived on time, introduced them selves, were respectful of my home, cleaned up, made sure to ask any questions that came up and even worked while humoring my son. I can tell they did not cut any corners and took every step to ensure proper installation. They even installed and completely finished new baseboards which I did not expect at all.
We are so happy we were able to get the triple pane glass (comfort series I think). They look great, the warmth is very noticeable, no draft and another great surprise was the noise reduction. I would fully recommend Gienow renovations! They took such care, and made the whole process so easy!

We had all the windows and doors replaced. The initial installation was terrible. The site was left a mess with shattered glass everywhere. The finishing work was terrible. The windows arrived damaged with dirt and scrapes all over. The windows were installed on rotten sills which we were promised would be repaired prior to installation. The doors do not close properly and there are gaps with light shinning through. These are just a few of the issues. Since the initial installation, the windows have been pulled out, the sills repaired, the rough opening framed in properly. Today we are still dealing with the door issues. Although the people we have been dealing with have been good to deal with, a person should not have to devote this much time and energy. It should have been done properly the first time or at least second or third time. I did called the 1-800-297-6102 however have not yet had a response.

Words can not expressed my utmost satisfaction with this company!! From TJ's honesty & advice to our phenomenal crew lead by Alex, we are extremely happy with how everything turned out. The weather was just not great but they smiled the whole time. Alex's team communicated each step & any concerns with the windows before install. We had issues with leakages on our old windows prior to the new install & Alex & his crew went out of their way to inform us what was being done. Peace of mind can not be bought, only trust can provide this. These guys definately communicated and have our trust. They were meticulous in their install and the icing on it all was Alex's cladding. We are still admiring the beautiful work these guys have done! We know without a shadow of a doubt that the work was all done right the first time. Their work ethics was short of amazing, working long hours in the cold. I would & have recommended Gienow in a heartbeat!

Built our home in 2008. We have had heat issues since the beginning. We checked our windows since they are extremely drafty. There is a 15 degree temperature change across the windows, with our humidity turned way down we get at least an inch of ice built up on the windows that open. We spoke with the sales rep initially who indicated is sounded like a bad install. Called customer service and spoke with "Jerry", he was extremely disrespectful, did not listen to our concerns. No one I know has the same issue with ice but they also don't have Gienow windows so bottom line is the product is poor quality. Do yourself a favor go to a different manufacturer.
