Emandee Imran did an excellent job on the yearly maintenance on my gas fireplace. He is extremely thorough and knowledgeable about the technology and its care. I would strongly recommend his company for installation and maintenance of gas fireplaces.

Imran was referred to us by our realtor and he did not disappoint. Did the diagnostic and repair in 1.5hrs and left the work area cleaner than it was when he arrived. Honest and thorough. Took the time to explain what he was doing and how it was affecting the performance of the fireplace. Price charged was what he had quoted and a very fair price at that. Our unit is quite old and Imran did not leave without making a number of suggestions on how to best maintain it. We won't be searching for anyone else if our unit requires further work. I am very satisfied with the service call for our gas fireplace. Imran went over and above the service call to ensure that our fireplace was cleaned throughly (box and glass) and replaced all necessary parts. He explained the necessity to have annual service done on your gas fireplace to ensure a safe and healthy environment in the home as well as for safety. We have no hesitation in calling Imran next year for the service.

Made to appointment early: once established locations of gas main started to work ensuring area was kept clean with a drop cloth. Checked all valves and gauges - bled air quickly from hose (used larger tube instead of pilot light which can take up to an hour)- a couple of minutes and proceeded to check all valves and flames. Cleaned fireplace thoroughly and area around it - put on specialized fibres to give a more realistic flame - patiently answered any and all questions asked. All in all a pleasant contractor who knows his business.
