Imran was referred to us by our realtor and he did not disappoint. Did the diagnostic and repair in 1.5hrs and left the work area cleaner than it was when he arrived. Honest and thorough. Took the time to explain what he was doing and how it was affecting the performance of the fireplace. Price charged was what he had quoted and a very fair price at that. Our unit is quite old and Imran did not leave without making a number of suggestions on how to best maintain it. We won't be searching for anyone else if our unit requires further work. Thanks Imran!
