We wanted to preserve the wood burning fireplace in our 115 year old home. Weve been using it as is for the past 20 years, since moving in here, but a main floor renovation made clear the fireplace was never brought up to code.

Jesse assessed the issues and clearly explained what needed to be done. He rebuilt our fireplace, outside and in, using his apparent in-depth knowledge of math to ensure the angles created by the bricking created the proper draft for the upgraded chimney he also built.

The fireplace tests out as working better than ever, and is beautifully refaced to accommodate the finish stone weve chosen.
