My fireplace pilot light was not working properly. I called Imran just a day before the holidays and he did come right on schedule, immdly diagnosed the issue, cleaned the fireplace and made it as new as it could become. Thanks Imran.

Imran was wonderful to work with. We moved into our new home and inherited two badly maintained fireplaces, one of which had the fumehood disconnected and could have been leaking CO into our house if we could have started it in the first place...good thing we could not figure out how. Imran diagnosed the issues, cleaned both and even added embers to make the flame glow and look new again. They work nicely, though older but Imran showed us the before and after and the transformation was remarkable. Imran is friendly, upfront and does not suggest things that add extra cost--he told us not to bother with new remotes or a total unit replacement as both were unecessary. Would recommend him to anyone needing repairs or cleaning of their gas fireplaces.

I hadn't had my gas fireplace serviced in about 4 years. Imran came out on a holiday, as we had a miscommunication previously, and it was well worth the wait! He spent alot of time cleaning and fixing a poor job that was done previously. It's like I have a brand new fireplace now! He did an amazing job setting up the logs and adding some embers for me. I'll be calling him back every year for!

My gas fireplace was working, however the flame was at a much lower intensity that previous years. Called Gas Fireplace Services, and spoke with Imran. He arrived promptly and was pleasant to deal with. Charged $375 to clean the burner of my fireplace. The fireplace now works well.

My gas fireplace would start and hadn't been serviced since I moved into the house (and apparently a very long time before that). I called Imran and we set up a time. He called to confirm and came on time. He cleaned the fireplace from top to bottom, fixed the ignitor and even spray painted the inside part that had turned white.. The fireplace looks absolutely brand new.

I found Imran Emamdee to be extremely professional and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the concern that Direct Energy had with our fireplace. They had detected a miniscule amount of carbon monoxide and had it shut down or" tagged". Once Imran serviced the fireplace, he was able to prove that there was no longer any carbon monoxide present. His expertise saved us from unnecessarily replacing a very good quality Regency Fireplace.

After taking ownership of a home, I called Gas Fireplace Services & Repairs to do a thorough inspection of the fireplaces. The fireplaces were manufactured by a company who is no longer in business. Two of them were missing key components to light the pilots. Imran found suitable replacements at a fair price.

Imran arrived on time and was professional throughout our transaction. He took great care to keep the work area clean during his work, and after. He explained every step he was going to take and if any were optional, made sure to ask for approval before proceeding rather than doing potentially unnecessary work to pad a bill.
