Richard and Eric take pride in what they do and their care for customers is always obvious. Emails and calls are always quickly returned and Richard always makes sure someone can come out quickly if there is ever a problem. We have been happy with Coretemp for the 7 years we have lived in our house.

Imran was wonderful to work with. We moved into our new home and inherited two badly maintained fireplaces, one of which had the fumehood disconnected and could have been leaking CO into our house if we could have started it in the first place...good thing we could not figure out how. Imran diagnosed the issues, cleaned both and even added embers to make the flame glow and look new again. They work nicely, though older but Imran showed us the before and after and the transformation was remarkable. Imran is friendly, upfront and does not suggest things that add extra cost--he told us not to bother with new remotes or a total unit replacement as both were unecessary. Would recommend him to anyone needing repairs or cleaning of their gas fireplaces.
