Cleaning company....NOT!!
They did a general wipe down...no cleaning or scrubbing involved.
I was shocked when they told me they were done and I walked through the unit pointing out multiple areas that were not even touched!!! Door frames, window sills, bathtub, sink, faucet, floors...ALL NOT CLEAN and this was a unit that was unfurnished and very easy to clean. I had to go purchase cleaning products and do it myself. They charged mY credit card when I was told that was required for deposit purposes only. I have not received an invoice as of yet!!!! I also called to complain the same day of the service and my phone calls were not answered. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! The images speak for themselves.

The cleaning service was poor at best, not cleaning floors or the Bathrooms hadn't even been touched all this for a '5-hr cleaning job'. I was shocked when I returned home, I had to start cleaning the house as I had guests arriving next day. I complained and sent pics to the owners but they wouldn't believe me, despite all the proof. No customers service whatsoever. I wish I had read the other bad reviews first because I had exact same experience. My home is new and tidy as everyone was away, it should have been an easy job.

There's nothing nicer then coming home from work to a nice clean home. Super friendly and the best customer service there is. Only company ok about my dogs being home while their cleaner was there. Fantastic job.

Bubbles and Squeak assigned Annette to clean our house on a bi-weekly schedule. From the start, we were very impressed with the quality of cleaning from Annette. She did a wonderful job and was professional and courteous.

Jenny was AMAZING!!!!! She accomplished in 4 hours what would take most people 8 hours to do. Our house was a completely disaster before she came and when she finished, both bathrooms were sparkling clean (and we thought she'd only have time to clean one), the kitchen looked like it had never been used, the bedrooms were nicely vacuumed and everything had been cleaned in the living and dining room areas. We had guests over after she cleaned. They were quite impressed with how clean our house was, especially considering we have two little kids.

It has been a few days and our house is still clean!

I have been using Bubbles and Squeak for almost 4 years -both for regular cleaning and for special projects. The company is, basically, superb - run by friendly, efficient, super-competent managers who take amazing care of their customers. 95% of the cleanings I have had have been mind blowingly good - in 4 hours, , they've vacuumed/swiffered the whole house, cleaned all the tile and the grout, dusted everything, made all the beds, cleaned the kitchen and two bathrooms until they shine, done all mirrors and the windows on the front and back door, erased marks on walls, got rid of every corner cobweb, cleaned the top of all the ceiling fans, tidied anything that needed it (shoe trays, cupboard under sink), watered the plants - and more. Now and then a member of staff has not been quite as spectacular (usually someone new who hasn't got everything done in the time - I am demanding!) - but a quick word with Suzanne, who runs things, and the problem has disappeared and some special care has always followe. I have had over 100 cleans from B&S I've always been completely happy with the final result.

I called Suzanne at Bubbles and Squeak to provide me with cleaning service as my work load was getting too heavy for me to handle it. My original intention was just for a few weeks until I got caught up. I have to say Suzanne's team is absolutely wonderful and I kept their service up until our renovation. The work was impeccable and the the staff was very friendly. I felt completely comfortable leaving them in the house while I ran around to do my errands.

I contacted Bubbles and Squeaks for house cleaning services last week and asked if they could come by on the 22 of April to clean since I had some people coming over the next morning early. I sent a detailed list of what I wanted done. My house is not messy. there is no tidying up to do, no beds to make, no dishes ...just straight cleaning. they thanked me for the detail list saying it would make it easier to target my priority areas. The young lady that came to the house was 15 minutes late. When she got there I went through all the products and tools she could need and use like cleaning products, step ladder, vacuum, mops and buckets and so on. We went through every room briefly since I thought she had the list I sent her. Then I took my 2 babies out for the day so she could be alone and work. I asked her to call me when she was done so we could come back home and we discussed the number of hours she was going to work. She said she was booked until 4pm (6hrs) and I made sure to tell her she could stay as long as she needed to get the work done. she called me at 3h50 to say she was leaving. We came back home to such a bad cleaning it was so very disappointing. I went around the house to look at the things I had prioritized and most of them were not done and the ones that were so poorly done it was unbelievable.
One of the toilets was not cleaned, the range hood in the kitchen was wiped but you could see where it was wiped and the greasy film left on, the floors looked like they were very lightly cleaned, the dusting was not done on every part of the furniture, the kitchen counter still had food drops from the morning breakfast, the kitchen table still had finger prints from the morning, there was a film of I don't know what in the tubs, the floors were not washed at all under the beds and couches, one of the things I requested was that she use a certain product on the leather couches, not only did she not use it she left her bottle of water under the throw blanket on the couch......and I am leaving some out. Now the frustrating part is I had to do all this work that same evening since I had people coming over in the morning and when I emailed the owner to tell her how disappointed I was and to send her pictures so she could see how poorly she had done on the work she replied that it was too bad I wasn't happy with the work but the lady thought she had done her work. She then offered to give the same price for another cleaning and when I replied that if the service would be the same I would rather not. She just sent me what I owed her that was the last of it. it was not about the money it was about the service and how I expected my house to be cleaned. Cheap prices for cheap work is what you'll get and then they don't care if you are happy or not. You'll see by the pictures that it was simply put, poor work and service

I have been a regular client of Bubbles and Squeak since 2007. My husband and I decided that family time was more important on weekends then cleaning our house :) We love coming home to a clean house. Suzan's staff is professional, friendly and always do an AMAZING job. I have never had a reason to complain.
