Thanks a million Puroclean! After the flooding in Mississauga last summer my finished basement had to be completely rebuilt. The work included reframing a room, tiling, install of new kitchen cabinets, electrical and plumbing. PuroClean took on my project after very short notice and I enjoyed working with Joel and his team. They did a fantastic job finishing my basement and i absolutely love the final turnout. The workmanship is great and they payed attention to every detail. Compliments are in order! I will not hesitate to recommend Joel and his Team to my friends. Ten out of Ten!

We experienced basement flooding from sewer backup due to a major storm, 5 inches of rain within 2 hours, on July 8, 2013. One portion of the basement was paneled in barn wood and mould grew on the panels within 2 days. Since hundreds of homes were affected in the area, we were unable to secure contractors from our insurance company due to the unprecedented demand. Fortunately we were able to contact PuroClean in Oakville and it was the best decision we made. Joel visited our premises within the week and cleanup was initiated by Heidi and her professional team a few days later. Following the cleanup Joel arranged for additional demolition, plumbing repairs and finally sub-contracting a company for the rebuild. In all cases, not only was the work completed to our satisfaction but exceeded our expectations. We would not hesitate to recommend PuroClean’s services in the future.

Due to bad air circulation, the attic developed mould and we also started noticing the bedroom walls having mould. Joel made a visit and provided us an assessment that covered insulation removal, mould treatment and removal and repainting of 3 bedrooms. Once a date was set, his team did a fantastic job in keeping with the schedule finishing up on time. We were amazed with the before and after pictures. The difference was night and day and we love our freshly painted rooms. Thank you Joel and team for your attention and help in the matter.

After we met with the Insurance Adjustor for approvals Joel and his team began to make the repairs.

Lost our fence that separates our yard from our next door neighbours. Called Puroclean and Joel Nelson came out right away and we had our fence replaced within 2weeks. I thought this was going to be so time consuming and such a frustration...happily found out I was wrong!!! Highly recommend Puroclean Oakville. I have never experienced the level of competence and comprehensive service by anyone who has worked at my house over the years as I did with Joel Nelson and Puroclean! Our basement sump pump stopped running and our basement filled up with water. I was referred to PuroClean by a work friend. I received prompt service. Our basement was completely saturated and required lots of repair. PuroClean did a thorough job of drying out and cleaning up the mess and working to find great solutions for repair. Joel handled the communication and paperwork involved with my insurance company. We have our basement back better than ever. As mentioned this is the best service I have ever experienced.

In March of this year (2013), we had found some mold during home inspection. We got quotes from various companies. PuroClean's quote was the only reasonable one (and matched the price mentioned by the home inspector).
I was a bit apprehensive on the day of the initial assessment but was won over by Joel's knowledge.
On the day of the job, 4 people showed up on the site. They were punctual and courteous. The first thing they did was setup the area for work and covered the floor and the stairs with cloth to prevent any damage. They completed the job on time and left the site pretty clean.
We had a air quality test done and based on the assessor's recommendation, Joel and his team worked half a day extra and ensured that the job was completed appropriately. The job was completed within a desirable time frame (pretty much on time) and we were charged according to the initial provided quote.
Joel even went out of his way to replace the extension for our downspout which stopped leakage into our basement (the cause of mold in the first place).
Due to the quality of the work and excellent work ethics, I would recommend Joel to anybody for mold removal and remediation.

Joel and his whole team was professional, courteous, frank, ethical and truthful. Not only would I recommend Joel, I grew to trust him and asked him for other contractors contacts.

I called Joel Nelson after my renters called me about a concern regarding potential mould in the vents. I called the condominium authority and they informed me that if it is mould, it could cost me thousands of dollars in cleaning. I was in a total panic as the condominium authority informed me that this was my responsibility and insurance does not cover the costs of something like this.

I called PuroClean, totally stressed and thinking the worst. Joel calmed me down and calmly asked questions. He asked me to send photos of what we thought could be mould. He then went to see the apartment, calmed the renters down and cleaned the vent. Joel informed me that it was not mould, but rather dirt. He spent his valuable time cleaning the vent and speaking with the renters that evening - making sure that they were comfortable with his diagnosis. Additionally, one of the renters has asthma and the products being used were perfect for her condition.

He then called me and let me know what the issue was, what I needed to do going forward, and....the cost was very reasonable!!!!

Joel put my mind at ease when I first called, he called me down and he provided excellent customer service. I would 100% use Puroclean again. They truly offered a great service!
