Contacted Joel Nelson from Puroclean when we discovered we had a potential mould problem as a result of a water leak. Joel was very personable and easy to work with - a person you could instantly trust. He and his team worked quickly and efficiently to fix the problem at what I thought was a reasonable cost. Follow-up was excellent. I would highly reccommend these people.

We recently had the misfortune of enduring a sewer back-up in the finished basement of our home in Mississauga. PuroClean Oakville was referred to us by our State Farm Agent. We were very impressed with the quick response and immediate action taken by Joel and his crew to immediately get the basement cleaned and sanitized. There were lots of contents which were sorted and stored for us The emergency was handled immediately and very professionally.. Our basement is looking better than ever and it is once again a wonderful place for us to entertain and enjoy with our grandchildren. Joel Nelson and his crew were very professional, arriving on time, completing the work as quoted and leaving our home in the same clean, tidy condition that they found it. The work involved use of heavy, noisy equipment but the disruption in our home was kept to a minimum. The containment that was provided ensured that the house stayed clean and free of contamination. The end result was spotless, mould-free attic walls and floor which easily passed the environmental spore-count tests done after the work was completed. Joel has also taken the time to follow up with us on several occasions to ensure that we were satisfied with the work that was done. We would definitely recommend this company.
