Called DrainPro as our toilet had a water leak. The office staff were very pleasant and professional. Gave me a 4 hour window for the service call however received a call indicating the plumber could come earlier in the day. Was called a second time to say the plumber was enroute. Excellent customer relations!

Matt and Matt arrived discussed the problem with me and provided an with a cost estimate. They proceed to do the work and then advised me that the cost was less than expected. Explained everything that was done and why.

I would have no hesitation to recommend this company if you want excellent service and workmanship not to mention honesty and integrity.

Tyler did a great job in assessing and fixing the problem. He also took the time to fix a few other minor problems as well as give advice on some questions we had. He is very courteous, helpful and respectful (and does not make you feel stupid for not knowing about plumbing questions!). Highly recommend!

Total clog/backup in sink and dishwasher drain. Over the course of 36 hours, I tried plunging and snaking and even a little liquid drain cleaner -- no luck. Called DrainPro and the two Matts were on site in about an hour, as promised by the dispatcher. They were helpful and professional throughout, communicated clearly what the options were, and successfully cleared the blockage. Can't ask for much more from a plumbing company. Based on this experience, I would use DrainPro again, and would recommend them. (Disclosure: Note that I was offered bonus Air Miles for writing a review. We had an urgent issue with our kitchen drain and had to reach out to DrainPro for help on the morning of Easter Friday. Right from the first contact, with an extremely kind and considerate lady who was manning the company phone on a holiday, our experience was awesome. She advised us on all the available options, considering it was a day off and it would cost more, and then agreed to have someone come and take a look just to reassure us. Matt and Matt came over within a few hours, accesses the situation, and offered to undertake the job right away without a holiday overhead. Again we were advised on the choices, and the work was committed extremely fast and to our expectation. Highly recommended :)

I called DrainPro at noon on Friday for help with a blocked drain in the kitchen sink. Matt & Matt arrived 20 minutes later, assessed the situation, cabled the drain and solved the problem in under half an hour. They were polite, professional and kept me informed throughout. I would call Drain Pro again and recommend their services.

The drain in our basement was plugged and water was backing up. Drainpro sent Matt around within a couple of hours and he quickly made a diagnosis and had the blockage removed. Great service, cheerful and competent plumer. Thanks a million.

Last night after removing the plug from the bathtub to drain the water, my husband and I quickly realized we had an issue. We tried our best to get the water flowing and the obstruction out ourselves but with no luck. I filled out the web form for a quote and received a call back within 20 minutes (and this was at 10pm!)

I was super impressed, the lady was lovely on the phone and told me that she could have someone there tomorrow morning between 8-9am. Wicked. Next morning the gentleman called to give an updated time of when he'd be there (within a half hour range), showed up, removed the plug within 20 minutes and explained it all to my husband. It was totally worth the cost and now we have peace of mind. Thank you!

Drain Pro is our plumbing service provider and the company has never let us down. The plumbers has always been very helpful and sharp in their jobs. Very courteous service in special I would like to mention Luc. He always goes above and beyond for us and never leaves the site until all the issues has been resolved. If you have emergency situations do not hesitate to contact Drain Pro. They are one of the most reliable companies in Ottawa.

I was more than pleased with the level of service I received from DrainPro. Here is my story - I received water/sewer bills totalling almost $2000, an astronomical increase from previous billings. I had used Drain Pro before and they promptly responded to my call. Upon arrival they confirmed that two toilets, originally installed by the builder, were both leaking hence the excessive water/sewer charges. Drain Pro had replace the third toilet previously and it was still working perfectly. They were very understanding and empathetic of my situation. They took the time to explain short term and long term solutions based on my personal circumstances. They arrived promptly, were efficient, very polite and unobtrusive. Matt took extra time to show me where the water meter was located and what to look for in future. I never felt rushed or pressured and know, like the last time, the job was well done by professionals that cared and at a reasonable cost. Drain Pro is an excellent family-owned company with high standards for quality service and I highly recommend them.

If there were an option to give negative stars, I would. I made an appointment to have them come in and clear up a slow flushing toilet. Much to my shock, the dollar figure on the invoice was $170!!!!!

Knowing the guy that did the work didn't set the price, I figured it wouldn't be right to take it out on him, so I followed up with the company. But first, I checked in with 3 random plumbers to check and see if this ridiculous number was the going rate. Their prices ranged from $40/hr flat rate to $50 for the service call and $25/hr after that.

DrainPro's response, "our charges are $79.00 to show up to your home and $90.00 to unblock the toilet with a toilet auger."
