Drainpro was totally professional, fast and had good prices. They assessed my issue quickly and provided a quote which they stuck to. They even looked at a couple other issues I had. Very reliable, on time and clean workers. Will definitely use them again.

These guys came in, did a good assessment and provided options, quotes, and recommendations for free, and after I agreed to one solution they fixed my problem on the spot within 30 minutes. Very satisfied with their skills and professionalism. Would definitely call them again when I run into any plumping issues.

Saddle valve seized in the basement and the humidifier wasn't getting any water. Drainpro staff arrived on time, verified that the issue was indeed from the saddle valve, tried to fix it but when it wasn't working they suggested that they replace it with a proper 1/4 turn valve, which they did and then tested on the spot within 20 minutes and then checked that the humidifier was getting water as it should.

When the laundry line in the basement of my father's aging home began to back up to the point even the kitchen sink upstairs was fast becoming unusable, we contacted Drainpro on advice of our furnace company. It was determined upon inspection there was a break in the line that would require the cracking of the basement floor, excavation, and replacement of the original piping. Within two business days the technicians arrived, Matt & Matt, who quickly went to work. Both were pleasant, professional, and down to earth; exactly the kind of people you want to perform work in your home. Even though the job turned out to be bigger than initially anticipated, it was completed in one day, and well below their original estimated cost for the work! (How often does that happen these days?!) Not to mention it was done at a rate that was significantly less than a competitor from whom we had received an alternate quote. Suffice to say that as far as I am concerned, when it comes to plumbing needs Drainpro’s the way to go!

Tyler did a great job in installing a new laundry faucet and tub along with requirement of some new copper piping. He also did a few other minor jobs that helped with making the bathroom faucets work so much better. The quote amount given at the outset of the visit was the amount paid. I had Emailed the company a few days after the plumbing visit requesting a basic breakdown of the quote and Jason Emailed me not long after with that breakdown, which I appreciated. I would use their plumbing services again and recommend the company.

We need our outdoor faucets replaced. They came the day I called, fixed it for less than the original quote, and made the process as smooth as possible. Great experience and highly recommend.

Matt from Drainpro was on-time, pleasant and professional. He and his assistant efficiently replaced a burst pipe and made changes to keep the pipe from freezing again. They left the area neat and tidy.

Great service. They didn't have the required parts on the first visit, however they came the following morning and the repairs were completed satisfactorily. I would recommend this company 'Drain Pro' to everyone in the Ottawa area and also the service man 'Matt'
