We had an urgent issue with our kitchen drain and had to reach out to DrainPro for help on the morning of Easter Friday. Right from the first contact, with an extremely kind and considerate lady who was manning the company phone on a holiday, our experience was awesome. She advised us on all the available options, considering it was a day off and it would cost more, and then agreed to have someone come and take a look just to reassure us. Matt and Matt came over within a few hours, accesses the situation, and offered to undertake the job right away without a holiday overhead. Again we were advised on the choices, and the work was committed extremely fast and to our expectation. Highly recommended :)
