If there were an option to give negative stars, I would. I made an appointment to have them come in and clear up a slow flushing toilet. Much to my shock, the dollar figure on the invoice was $170!!!!! Knowing the guy that did the work didn't set the price, I figured it wouldn't be right to take it out on him, so I followed up with the company. But first, I checked in with 3 random plumbers to check and see if this ridiculous number was the going rate. Their prices ranged from $40/hr flat rate to $50 for the service call and $25/hr after that. DrainPro's response, "our charges are $79.00 to show up to your home and $90.00 to unblock the toilet with a toilet auger." If you're looking for a plumber, call John The Plumber, Safari Plumbing or ANYBODY else other than these con artists.
