Regarding Work Order #4143875215, I recently had my Samsung front loading washing machine serviced as a result of a 4E error code. The Samsung customer service representatives were very frustrating to deal with as they continued to insist that I troubleshoot myself in order to fix the problem, until I finally was able to get a service call to my home. Samsung promised me a date that was impossible, but when I finally spoke with Elite Appliance Parts and Services, it was obvious that they knew what was going on. They scheduled a date and time frame for service and messaged me 20 mins before the technician arrived which I appreciated. When the tech arrived, he was very polite, careful to remove his shoes, efficient and quick with his service call but took time to answer my questions. He waited until the end of the rinse cycle to ensure his work fixed the problem. I was frustrated dealing with Samsung, but glad that they sent Elite to my house for service. I would recommend this company for honest, good customer service, and hope to be able to go to them directly instead of fumbling through awkward customer service via Samsung.
