Elite Appliance customer service has been great to work with. Easy to book and confirm the appointment and technician arrived on time. Despite not needing a repair I appreciated the diagnostic process.

Brand New fridge - needed to be looked at - made one phone call to elite and they were fast, sending us a repair man and he was very knowledgeable and gave us tips on how to preserve the life of our fridge. Would definitely recommend Elite appliances to anyone!

The first tech sent to fix my dryer that was making a scraping noise was careless and dropped the front of the dryer on top of the washing machine several times and damaged the top and front panel of the washer. He then made the scraping noise worse by trying to fix the problem with duct tape on the back of the drum which was then catching on the guides preventing it from turning properly. There was also burning smell that he claimed was the new heating assembly, but it was because of the tape. He left the machine in an unusable state and said he needed to order a new drum.

A week later on the second visit from Elite to install a new drum they brought the wrong size that it didn't fit my machine, this despite having the exact model of machine they were repairing. They had to reuse the original drum and remove all the duct tape from the previous tech. After putting the machine back together crooked the lid of the washing machine wouldn't stay open to load the machine. To repair the physical damage caused by the previous tech they just applied some touch up paint to the damaged areas.

On a positive note, the company and the technicians were very polite and apologetic and eventually made things right.

This is the second time I have used elite appliance service. I liked their service so much the first time that I decided to call them directly. I received excellent service once again and I'm very happy with the result.

Refrigerator stopped cooling. Contacted Samsung who arranged a call from Elite Appliance service. Was able to arrange a serviceman in 2 days, He arrived when scheduled discovered problem to be greater than reported so had to arrange a call back the next day. Arrived early (good!) with required equipment and completed job in a very short time. refrigerator now working properly.

So, the issue came down to will Samsung cover the cost of a circuit board in my dishwasher without a receipt? Ultimately, the answer was NO. Both Debbie (dispatcher/ coordinator) and Rene (service tech) although out of their control, made sure that there were no surprises to me by informing me of the total cost breakdown. Needless to say, a new circuit board was installed and a 90 day warranty of parts and labour given as well. They made me feel good as a customer.

This was a warranty issue with our Samsung washer. They called and told they would be late Thks for that. They fix was easy and told us how to avoid it in the future.

Ticket 4143280750 The service was not so bad. But the loops jumped to get to a completed job. That's a bit getting used to. Its ok I guess knowing Samsung Canada subs the work. But they also need a retention department that handles from start to finish.
