Being a Boys & Girls Club, with a 100+ children & youth on site daily, our appliances go through a ton of wear and tear. Our oven dial needed to be fixed and was unusable until fixed. Elite Appliance did their best to have the part ordered, etc and fixed as quickly as possible. They even sent updates when the part would arrive, etc. The techs were friendly and professional.
