The customer service was frendly and efficient. We got a service appointment for when we wanted and we're updated via text. I was not left out of the loop. The technician was knowledgeable and friendly. Made us feel comfortable with the product. Shared some really useful matenince tips.

The technician did a great job to fix our Samsung dryer ... however the overall service cost was really high (close to the price of new discounted dryer!!)

Almost new Samsung French-door refrigerator had a problem with the vertical flap not closing properly. Mike showed up on time, was familiar with the problem, and fixed it in minutes by installing some spacers. He was courteous, removed his shoes, answered my questions and gave some suggestions. Job well done! Fixed free under warranty.

Just had a service completed by Ray (ticket 4144286681), for our Samsung microwave and the SE error message. He fixed the issue right away, was knowledgable about the issue and was very friendly. Samsung customer service was not very helpful even knowing that this is a well known issue on the model of microwave I have. He also showed up during the time provided which is appreciated.
