Technician diagnosed the problem, ordered parts and booked the next earliest appointment after delivery of parts and completed the repair promptly.

My Bosch fridge had whinning noise from the condenser fan due to ice build up. Elite appliance service sent their tech and diagnose that the freezer door rails were defective and not closing the door fully. The tech quickly found the issue and ordered the appropriate parts. He not only diagnose the issue but gave tips on prolonging the life of the fridge. The turn around time was fast to ordering the parts and repairing the unit. The tech was professional and masked up. I was assigned to Elite Appliance because of a Frigidaire fridge under manufacturer warranty. Their technician came to my house on 4 separate occasions to fix the fridge. The fridge was deemed unrepairable on the 4th service call. I was told that Frigidaire will contact me to arrange for a replacement fridge. When I contacted Frigidaire, they had no records of the last 3 visits. I was kicked around like a ball between the two companies for a couple of days. Then I was able to get someone from Elite to verify with their technician the work done on my fridge. After clarify that everything I said was true, Elite then said, they cannot update Frigidaire because my file is closed. They left me hanging and Elite refused to call Frigidaire for a verbal confirmation. I was speechless. Why are they unwilling to update the company that hired them? Will they get less dispatch calls from Frigidaire??Their explanation doesn't make any sense to me. Now, Frigidaire wants me to take time off again so another repair company can come take apart my fridge all over again. Elite Appliance Service is very unprofessional and a complete waste of my time.

Elite appliance lived up to its name and not many do.
They were quick to respond and showed up to the house on time and professional.

Elite Appliances did a great job helping us! We had a problem with a brand-new dryer. The manufacturer sent Elite Appliances to come, diagnose and fix the issue. It was under warranty so it cost us nothing.

The technician from Elite was GREAT! He diagnosed the problem and explained it to us. We are very, very happy and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for an appliance repair firm.
