Viktoria Professional Movers

We hired Victoria Professional Movers to move furniture, etc. from the Pod on our deck back to our newly renovated basement. Ryan and Elia (sp?) not only brought their professionalism and expertise as they also brought their smiles, great attitudes and willingness to listen to where we wanted them to put the furniture, etc. They were very careful and did not damage anything. They finished the job in 1.5 hours (even though I paid for 3 hours plus 1 hour of travel). We would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Crew was clearly having fun and stayed very positive in a long move. They paid close attention to safety and protection. I was merit abreast of progress and communication war very good with heady office. One of my best moving experiences.

Moved about 15 blocks, fed the guys coffee, donuts, pizza lunch...turned up with multiple scuffs/marks on my new walls, as well as holes in the walls at my old condo. They had to send a painter to repair all the damage.

Much higher fees than expected as they hired 2 more guys that same morning, one of which spent his whole time folding blankets. Everything ended up in the garage, despite specific room labelling.

They also broke a bed frame (and did a very sloppy job of glueing it "back together"). They lost bolts to the baby crib which are now on re-order from the manufacturer.

Great service - required a multi-day move and it was all handled very professionally. The guys who picked up/dropped off my belonging were friendly and efficient...and didn't complain at all about the 3 flights of stairs at the drop off location! Would definitely use again for next move.

Hired Viktoria Movers to move from SW Calgary to the SE. The entire process was smooth and very professional. It started with leaving a phone message on a Satursday morning and within an hour I received a call back from Andrey. After a quick chat with Andrey the moving date is booked, and within a couple hours I received an email from him to confirm the booking; very professional. Unfortunately, I've to change my moving date, as I lived in a condo where there is only one elevator, and apparently on the date I picked the elevator is not available. Andrey is great with his email, I emailed him about the change, and he replied back almost right away.
Couple days before the move, Andrey called me to remind/confirm the move date/time. On the date of the move, Christain and his team showed up on time. Wrapped my furniture and worked through without breaks.
The unloading went equally well, I've a lot of heavy furnitures that are for the upstairs and the guys moved all of them. They took great care of my flooring and walls-- no damage or scratch. They also make sure stuff and furnitures are positioned in the right place.
Overall, I'm very happy with service and would recommend Viktoria without a doubt. They may be a little bit more expensive, but you do get what you paid for.

I moved to a new city (about 35o km away) in July for work and used Viktoria movers. Andrey (my main contact) and Ilya (who oversaw the movers on moving day) were both very professional and hardworking. The movers took care with our items and loaded and unloaded quickly and efficiently. They also disassembled and reassembled a number of larger items to avoid damaging walls or the items themselves and packed hanging clothes in wardrobe boxes on our behalf. In all I was impressed enough by their service that when I moved back again 7 months later I was happy to use them again. I would definitely recommend.

In 2011 we moved from suburbia to downtown. Viktoria was one of two movers I met. I was very impressed with Maria but, chose to use the other company. The physical move was fine but not the drama around their demand for more money or the subsequent call to their boss. Should have gone with Maria and Viktoria!
In December 2016 we needed to move again, to a condo this time. No hesitation in who to call this time. Cormac was just as easy to deal with as Maria had been. They know their business, guide you where needed , never push and give you whatever time is required. The move itself, by Vance and Eduardo, was flawless. They were on time and take superb care of your possessions. And guess what...no after-move drama this time. Their name says it all, this is a Professional company that earns their strong rating move after move. Thank you Viktoria!

My family has used four different moving companies over the last five years and Viktoria was by far the best. Great communication, flexible with changes, on time and their staff were not only professional they were so friendly and fun! Excellent service. This is the only company I will ever use again for moving.

I used Viktoria movers back in 2013. I thought they were ok at the time, but it wasn't until I moved again in 2015 and made the mistake of using another mover that I realized how much I appreciated Viktoria's service.

The movers didn't arrive on time and about 15 minutes after arriving, they took a break! The truck was also delayed between the pick-up and the drop-off because it was pulled over by police for about an hour. I remember being annoyed about these things, but at the end of the day, the movers worked quickly and efficiently. Most importantly, I was impressed with the way that my furniture and TV was protected. The moving team treated everything is great care and everything arrived on the other end in perfect condition.
