Moved about 15 blocks, fed the guys coffee, donuts, pizza lunch...turned up with multiple scuffs/marks on my new walls, as well as holes in the walls at my old condo. They had to send a painter to repair all the damage.
Much higher fees than expected as they hired 2 more guys that same morning, one of which spent his whole time folding blankets. Everything ended up in the garage, despite specific room labelling.
They also broke a bed frame (and did a very sloppy job of glueing it "back together"). They lost bolts to the baby crib which are now on re-order from the manufacturer.

Dear valued customer, we appreciate your feedback as it helps us to improve our services. You've booked the move over the phone and got written confirmation of rates and our standard services. Unfortunately, at the time of the booking you did not mention the very long walking distance and the full flight of stairs to get to the spot where the truck could park and when the crew arrived, they immediately informed you, that you do need to get 2 more men, so that the move can be done within reasonable amount of time. I've attached the pictures for reference.
We always take care of any issues that come up during the move and with respect to the dents in the wall, we immediately arranged and paid the professional painter, who fixed the dents and repainted the walls. The bed was cracked before we began dis-assembling it and because it's made out of particle board, it cracked more and our mover did his best to fix it while trying to complete the move.
During the unloading part of the move, you were not present to give us directions on where to place the items and in many cases the movers had to make guesses which is why many of the boxes ended up being at a wrong place.
We appreciate the way you treated our crew during the move and thank you for that, it was very kind gesture.
