If you are looking to hire general contractors to help with your renovations, then the Matt's at Local Renovations are your guys. Excellent customer services, great quality of works and awesome workmanship are some of the words I will use to describe Local Renovations. They are honest people that genuinely care that you got the best value for the money spent. Often with renovations unexpected things happen and Local Renovation's response to unexpected events were excellent. When Matt L. found out that the original tiles for the steam shower were delayed due to damage of a ship container, he dropped everything and drove around Calgary the whole day to find us some replacements. And because of Matt's effort, we were able to get back on track only after couple days of delay. Such superb customer services really make Local Renovations stand out from its peers. I'm so glad that I hired Local Renovations to help us with our home renovations. From the initial supply selection to installation, they offered great advises and suggestions throughout. A big thanks to Matt and his team for turning a house into a comfortable home for us. Thank you!

Harding did a great job of painting my condo. On time and on budget. The one coat of paint that they put on makes the condo looked like brand new. Great quality and very professional. Highly recommended.

Hired Viktoria Movers to move from SW Calgary to the SE. The entire process was smooth and very professional. It started with leaving a phone message on a Satursday morning and within an hour I received a call back from Andrey. After a quick chat with Andrey the moving date is booked, and within a couple hours I received an email from him to confirm the booking; very professional. Unfortunately, I've to change my moving date, as I lived in a condo where there is only one elevator, and apparently on the date I picked the elevator is not available. Andrey is great with his email, I emailed him about the change, and he replied back almost right away. Couple days before the move, Andrey called me to remind/confirm the move date/time. On the date of the move, Christain and his team showed up on time. Wrapped my furniture and worked through without breaks. The unloading went equally well, I've a lot of heavy furnitures that are for the upstairs and the guys moved all of them. They took great care of my flooring and walls-- no damage or scratch. They also make sure stuff and furnitures are positioned in the right place. Overall, I'm very happy with service and would recommend Viktoria without a doubt. They may be a little bit more expensive, but you do get what you paid for.
