We're so very happy and satisfied with the service of Convertible Heating. We suddenly lost our furnace and went into quick mode to replace it. After contacting Convertible Heating their Consultant was prompt in returning our call and visiting our home to review the situation and giving us a very competitive quote. After agreeing to the price we were set up for a new furnace which was installed shortly after the very next morning. Their installers were very courteous and and cleaned up so well we couldn't tell there had been work done. Thanks Convertible, We'll recommend you to all our friends and neighbors.

Had a leak in my water tank and Grant was quick to send a technician over on a Sunday. Turned out that my shut off valve was also leaking so I called again and Grant moved mountains to help me get a new tank within a few hours.

I am very pleased with the installation of my new furnace which was done by convertible heating techs.They did an excellent job and they took the time to answer all my questions. There was a problem with my AC unit which was pointed out to me, and which they promptly corrected. I was impressed with their work ethics and the time it took them to install the unit.I would definitely recommend this company to my friends.

We contacted convertible air after receiving 2 quotes from the larger energy companies. They were very informative and spent the time to explain what we needed. The installers we had did a great job minimizing impact to our small space and they were very friendly.

We recently replaced our furnace which was deemed unsafe due to cracks found in heat exchanger during annual maintenance by EnerCare. We shopped around for best overall deal on value. Our search was immediately over after Marnie from Convertible Heating & Air Conditioning (a family owned dealer ) came to provide her quote. She wasn't pushing to make a sale as others did. She gave me best quote for same or similar equipment. A few day's later after discussing our options with my wife, we decided to go with Marnie's quote for furnace and installation. Her Technicians ironically both named Adam and both looking and being young, I was a bit nervous about their abilities and experience. Boy did they quickly change my first impression. They showed up at 10 a.m. and left at 4:30pm. They worked well together and I could see they were very experienced
. What I liked is that the one Adam that led the installation was very thorough and basically quadruple checked everything they did during installation and also at the end. To me this was superb and I very much appreciated his workmanship and his ability. Both very much qualified. They did not disappoint in their abilities. Thanks to both fora installation wwell done.
