We recently replaced our furnace which was deemed unsafe due to cracks found in heat exchanger during annual maintenance by EnerCare. We shopped around for best overall deal on value. Our search was immediately over after Marnie from Convertible Heating & Air Conditioning (a family owned dealer ) came to provide her quote. She wasn't pushing to make a sale as others did. She gave me best quote for same or similar equipment. A few day's later after discussing our options with my wife, we decided to go with Marnie's quote for furnace and installation. Her Technicians ironically both named Adam and both looking and being young, I was a bit nervous about their abilities and experience. Boy did they quickly change my first impression. They showed up at 10 a.m. and left at 4:30pm. They worked well together and I could see they were very experienced . What I liked is that the one Adam that led the installation was very thorough and basically quadruple checked everything they did during installation and also at the end. To me this was superb and I very much appreciated his workmanship and his ability. Both very much qualified. They did not disappoint in their abilities. Thanks to both fora installation wwell done. Thanks Marnie for sending me an experienced team. I'm convinced that ALL your Tech's are just as experienced. I also liked that Marnier was flexible with payment options. Again, thanks!
