Bought all windows and patio doors from them . Triple glazed. Doors very drafty and leaving air. Refuse to acknowledge issues. Say it’s installer issues. Air blows in right through door handles.very poor customer service.

Window don't last more than 4 years and then parts start to break and absolutely no service. Managers don't return call, emails...
Avoid this company: both quality and definitely their service are the worst out there. You are better off dealing with someone else

We have been very pleased with our purchase at Strassburger's. We have had our windows and doors for almost 10 years and they have all been quite good. They were quite helpful even last year when a seal broke on one of the windows. They promptly responded with a new window installation as it was still under warranty.
