We've had Alex and co in to fix things over many years. They just proved again how quick, efficient and honest they are. Fixed my mom's toilets in her condo (it's endemic every single unit has the same problem and the internal condo repair recommended by condo mgment quoted 2x the price per toilet). As always very honest (I have to say this again).

I have been a customer for over 10 years. I owned an 11 unit and now I only own a triplex.
Alex has been a very honest person and always evaluated the job on the phone. He always gave me an accurate price and time limit of every job.
All the plumbers he sent were very polite and knowledgeable.
On Feb 18th he sent Roman and he was a delight to deal with. I always have a lot of questions and though I am an older woman, he took the time to answer them with patience.
The prices are fair and all the plumbers work diligently and quickly.
I never had to call them back with a problem.
Its so nice to have a plumber you can trust.

It was late Friday afternoon, and I discovered a leak coming from my hot water tank mixing valve. A and Y arranged for an emergency technician to come to my house ASAP, and not only did he fix the leak, but he also went above and beyond cleaning and resealing other pipe connections to prevent any future issues. Technician's name is Roman. He was professional and kind. Thank you Roman if you're reading this.
In addition to Roman, I spoke with a couple people on the phone while booking this appointment, and both were understanding, kind, and efficient. I highly recommend this company. (This is not my first time using the services of A&Y. Always a pleasant experience)

Called A & Y Plumbing, spoke to Alex about my plumbing issue which was a small leak under the bathroom vanity. Sent his plumber, arrived promptly and assessed the situation. Indicated he could not do anything because of the limited access and the vanity would have to be removed. I agreed and he said to call him back once it was ready and he didn't charge me for the service call. The next day it was ready, I called Alex and in no time the same plumber came back. He worked quickly and efficiently, had all the new parts that needed to be replaced, gave me helpful hints and advice on how to reinstall the counter, cleaned up and did a good job. Good communication between Alex and the office at all times. I can highly recommend A & Y and will definitely use them again. Thanks!

A & Y Plumbing installed a bathtub at our condo apartment. Everybody knows how is it difficult to do something at an apartment building. But Alex did the job very well. The price is very reasonable. Thank you very much guys!

I've used A&Y before and have never been disappointed. I called them today and by end of day my new tap and drain assembly for my kitchen sink and new laundry cabinet were installed. Every person they've sent out has been fantastic. This time Troy was my guy and not only was he prompt, professional & competent, but just an all around great guy with amazing attention to detail. All this, and the price was incredibly fair especially compared to another quote for the same work which I fortunately turned down.

Alex was great to communicate with in advance of the showerhead installation. Victor was the person who came and completed the job. He was prompt, friendly and did a great job. We were impressed with the overall speed in which both Alex and Victor responded to the call. We would be happy to work with them again on future projects.

I was waiting for this moment to finish with the mess that I had at home with all the flood situation that I had 3 little kids no bathroom that works no floor mold terrible time .
I was talking to 4-5 plumber before I came across with Alex and it was a disaster , so hard to trust people you don’t really know what they are doing everyone treat you like stupid and telling you how they need to brake your house so it will be fixed in the right way , and then a good friend of mind told me about ay plumbing said that there is young guy supper nice that I think you should try him , so I listen to him and called him in the second I Hang up and signed contract in 5 minutes never felt so safe with service people the next day they already dig under my entire house in one day !!!
In two days the job was done without getting us outside the house without even filling that anything done quickly and so professional!!
I really recommend to use his service because it’s so hard to find people to trust !
