It was late Friday afternoon, and I discovered a leak coming from my hot water tank mixing valve. A and Y arranged for an emergency technician to come to my house ASAP, and not only did he fix the leak, but he also went above and beyond cleaning and resealing other pipe connections to prevent any future issues.
