We do apologize to this customer.
When we schedule tree work, we are susceptible to modified the schedule without notice if we have bad weather of mechanical break down.
This is very embarrassing when we have a customer who schedule a day off to be home when we perform the pruning or removal of their trees.
My crew leader had mechanical issues and did not have been able to make it to the customer house that specific day.
We do very long days in the busiest time of the season, I have been informed of that situation when I came back home at the end of the day around 9 PM. We can only apologize after fact.

It is not true that we damaged your property.
It is true that our tree worker climbed on your garage roof to prune the branches touching the roof without damaging your roof. That was the best way to perform the work being sure that nothing will damage the roof.
I know you were upset because they did not ask permission and we apologized for that.
The first thing I did when I returned at your place to inspect the job is an inspection of the roof you claim we damaged.
There was no damages at all, and I kept the pictures showing those evidences.
You asked me a financial compensation because my employee climbed on the roof. I would agree with that if any damages would have been done to your roof but that was not the case.
When I refused to give you a credit, you told my that you will write down a bad review here.
So you did what you said and you wrote down a bad review because I refused to give you money for an unjustified claim.
Your Tree Doctor will take responsibility if any damages are done to the customer property while we perform the work. No damages have been done here.
We would never give a credit to a customer only because the customer threat us to write down a bad review.

I apologize for what happen last Spring. I realized when you sent an email that your contract (under your wife name) was still in the binder : pending acceptation. I can't explain why the information that you accepted the contract did not have been write down on the contract.
I did schedule the service as soon as possible after that.
We do not enter your personal information in our computer database before we got an accepted quote. That was the reason why our receptionist was not able to find your contract a the moment you called.
She didn't know that your quote has been accepted.
I apologize for that lake of communication within our services.
