This place is extremely busy, but has great selection. Getting an appointment on a Saturday or after 6 on a weeknight is a must, but be sure to call well in advance to get an appointment as they book up very quickly. They have a great selection of drinks to enjoy to supplement your shopping experience, which is great for keeping husbands happy! I wasn't thrilled with the first customer service rep who helped me, but on subsequent visits found some great help.

I was dreading the selection of handles, knobs, etc until I walked in the doors of Banbury Lane and was wowed by the beauty of this hardware! The customer service was fabulous, staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful - and not a tad intimidating! This store does specialize in relatively expensive items, but the selection is great. I found exactly what I wanted and it looks great in the house.

I used Your Tree Doctor to remove an entire property line worth of overgrown caragana trees, take out an 80 year old tree from a tight space between the garage and the house and to trim up an overgrown evergreen. They did a great job of the work and I would be happy to recommend them to complete some fairly major landscaping work!

These guys were absolutely fabulous! We had new eves troughs, soffit and fascia installed on an old home with a very complicated roof line, and these guys 'nailed it'! The work is incredible, they are very personable and respectful to our neighbors. I did have to book quite far in advance, but it was definitely worth the wait. I would highly recommend Sterling Exteriors!

I purchased stone tile here for my fireplace and all I have to say is worst customer service ever! I went into this store as a serious buyer a couple of times, and it was next to impossible to get someone's attention to help me out! I knew exactly what I wanted, and it took me a good 30 minutes to get someone to help me. The worst part? There was no one else in the store!!

I chose bedroom carpet, wall tiles, shower flooring tiles, and marble tiles through Deerfoot Carpet. Although they do have a decent selection of products from a variety of sources, the salesman was not very knowledgeable about the products. He seemed so unfamiliar with the products the store sold that he could not help me find what I was looking for, even when I had a picture and/or a description of what I wanted. It would have been good to be provided with advice and guidance on choosing product (they are the experts in flooring, not me) such as to advise to purchase tiles that can have a rounded edge to avoid having to use schluter to trim the edge tiles (I didn't even know this would be a consideration!)and that I would need to choose grout colours. I would have purchased through another store if I hadn't already ordered the product, and by the end of our time dealing with Deerfoot Carpet we were regretting our decision to buy here given the time and money required to complete a home renovation. I had have my carpet installed by Deerfoot Carpet. The install quality was good and we had no issues. However, the install is sourced out to an independent contractor so this is not necessarily a reflection on Deerfoot Carpet.
