Completely Unprofessional !!! When I booked an appointment with the owner I mentioned that I would be taking the day off work. They did not show up and did not return my calls until 9 p.m. that night. I rebooked and the owner gave me his word that they would be there by noon. I took the day off and again they did not show up. Then he argued with me on the phone. I cancelled the job and a week and half later they showed up unannounced to treat the trees after I had cancelled the job. Other tree companies indicated that their recommendations were not correct and they may have damaged my trees. Stay far away from these guys !!!

We do apologize to this customer.
When we schedule tree work, we are susceptible to modified the schedule without notice if we have bad weather of mechanical break down.
This is very embarrassing when we have a customer who schedule a day off to be home when we perform the pruning or removal of their trees.
My crew leader had mechanical issues and did not have been able to make it to the customer house that specific day.
We do very long days in the busiest time of the season, I have been informed of that situation when I came back home at the end of the day around 9 PM. We can only apologize after fact.
