We've had a lot of people working on various aspects of our home recently. This included 2 doors. We found everyone we dealt with at Cossins Windows Ltd to be very professionalism, punctual, knowledgeable and helpful. From Joanne, the first person responding to our need through to Kyle and his team installing them our experience was very very positive. We touched base with a number of people when looking for a reliable company. It was down to Cossins and another well known company in town. I'm glad we decided on Cossins and would definitely go with them again. Thanks everyone.
Service: General door installation

Installers rushed last few windows. Not level and chipped edges. Two weeks for service man to come out. Still missing vent covers I mentioned twice already. Windows do not look at all what I had asked for on the outside.

Excellent service! Efficient install and finishing of door frame. Excellent quality door with 1/2 mini blind. So glad we chose this door to let lots of light into the rear entrance when we want it.

Cossins replaced 2 doors on my heritage home. The pre sale with Jim and Brian was very thorough and well thought out. I had confidence but was a little apprehensive given I had used two other companies previously for windows and a door and had a very bad and expensive outcome

We had Cossins replace two kitchen windows, two bathroom windows, and two bedroom windows. We were very happy with our initial sales contact who came in for the walkthrough and provided us with a quote. He was knowledgeable, had great recommendations, and the quote was reasonable. The windows were installed and unfortunately the install team left debris around the house and yard. We founds many, many nails and sharp metal pieces around the outside of the house, and smaller nails inside the house, including our children's bedrooms. As well as X-Acto blades. And there was glue seeping from one of the bathroom windows which I have not been able to remove. That was a disappoint as they did come highly recommended.

Cossins had a booth at a reno show and there was a great connection from the beginning. They are very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. The installation went well. There were a couple of glitches in the process, and you get to see true customer service in action when things don't go exactly as planned. I have to commend everyone for their professional response that made the resolutions speedy and proficient. I will recommend Cossins to others.

Replaced kitchen and living room to triple pane and uv protection. Very happy with our new windows. The team was very professional! We couldn't be happier with our new windows.

We recently had 9 windows replaced in our 34 yr. old home. From the beginning all our options were fully explained to us and there was no pressure to select any particular window. The install guys were here 2 1/2 days because some extra work needed to be done. Some rotten wood was discovered during the process and some exterior wood trim required replacement. I appreciated that they took the extra time to do the job correctly. Everyone at Cossins from the sales person, people on the phone and installation crew were excellent to deal with throughout the project. Will definitely be doing business with them when we complete the other three windows during our kitchen renovation project.

THEY HELPED US PICK THE BEST WINDOWS FOR OUR BUDGET. THEY INSTALLED THEM IN ONE DAY. WHEN THEY RAN INTO A SNAG ON FINISHING THE INSIDE WINDOW TRIM, THEY CAME UP WITH A SUITABLE SOLUTION. WE ARE HAPPY WITH THE WINDOWS AND FEEL THAT THEY HELPED US SELL OUR HOME WHEN WE LISTED IT ON THE MARKET.
