We cannot thank them enough for their thorough professional service! They arrived on time (actually earlier), addressed all our concerns (even fixed our misaligned duct), explained clearly about their process, literally scrubbed our duct clean, and showed us what they removed from out ducts, when the job was finished.
There are many companies out there that don't deliver what they promise in their advertisement. The Duct Cleaning Specialists really deliver what they promise and more. And they are very honest: their crew told us that three of our vents are not in use, and therefore didn't charge for them. We are grateful that we found this company!

We had recently renovated our house and needed our ducts to be cleaned so we called up The Duct Cleaning Specialists. They gave us a reasonable quote and even confirmed our appointment before coming. The staff were very professional and took their time to clean our ducts. The whole cleaning process took more than two hours and they reported that the ducts were not cleaned thoroughly in the past. We are very happy with how everything turned out and would definitely call The Duct Cleaning Specialists in the future for our duct cleaning needs.

In May 2016, we moved into a new (to us) home. The prior home owners had two large furry dogs and owners before them at some point had cats. Once the weather was cool enough to begin using the furnace, we realized that despite changing out the filters in the furnace and doing a deep clean of the house (and removing a carpet), my allergies were still being terribly impacted. After some research, we decided to look into duct cleaning as this could be the source and could be distributing allergens throughout the home.

We contacted the Duct Cleaning Specialists, where my partner was able to work with Paul. Paul was so wonderful to work with, very informative, and extremely professional in walking us through what duct cleaning entailed, how thorough his company is, and what we expect before, during, and after having the ducts cleaned.

Needless to say, it was a choice well made and we'll definitely be contacting them again after doing some work on the home and/or in a few years.

Contacted this company and talked to Paul. He explained the process in detail and made the booking (I did contact some other companies that were highly rated in Homestars but some of them were too busy to answer my questions). The Duct Cleaning Specialists send me a confirmation with a cost estimate. The crews showed up before time, did a thorough cleaning of the ducts. They were able to get all the construction debris left behind and was not cleared by the previous duct cleaners. I could really feel the difference and quality of work. I would certainly recommend this company.

After moving into my first house and completing some major renovations my husband and I decided the house needed the ducts cleaned.
