Paul was very courteous and informative when I called to inquire. He answered all my questions and put no pressure on me to book. Even though they weren't the cheapest, I went with them because they had great reviews, proper accreditation and just sounded like good people. Nick and Matt showed up prepared, explained the process and even helped fix an odd vent in our newly renovated basement. Would definitely use these guys again, and would recommend them to anyone looking to get the job done right. Thanks guys.

There are literally hundreds of cheap promotions for duct cleaning, but it doesn't mean that the service will be done the same, let alone to the industry standards. People, like yourself, just have to be smart and understand everything there is to know about a proper cleaning, from the company, to the equipment, to the people actually doing the work. For those that just base decisions solely on cheapest price, well, those are the ones that complain and you read the horror stories, so you have to take the time to research.
