Jonathan and Mike came for duct cleaning explained me the whole process. Didn’t try to upsale me what is not needed. Absolute fine work by Jonathan and Mike. Paul was very responsive whenever I needed answers.

We had the duct cleaning specialists in for air duct system cleaning and furnace blower cleaning. Not only was they booking process easy, but the service itself was fast, professional and accommodating (we don't have parking so they happily used a portable device). They were both incredibly friendly and even babysit my 8 month old baby for a quick minute while I had to run to my car! The house feels cleaner and I am so glad we chose their team for the job. Highly recommended.

Mark and Johnny came by to do the work and did a great job. Very courteous and thorough, and also went a bit above and beyond by doing some small, extra items at no charge (cleaned the furnace, helped secure and tape up some old vent covers, etc). A nice added touch that they look for little ways to help improve and optimize functionality. They also answered any questions I had and showed me pictures of the duct work as well.
Can tell they're very honest and genuine, and don't just try to gouge you for cash and look for extra things to try to charge you on, which is reassuring.

Matt and Nick arrived on time and explained fully the cleaning process. They were very tidy and respectful of my home.
I had used the “Specialists” at my previous home and was pleased with their work so I got them for the new house. The new house is out of their service area but for a small travel fee they accommodated and did a great job.

After renovating 4 bathrooms, I knew I had to get my ducts cleaned again and called Paul for a quote and available date/time. I have used his company before and was pleased with the service and price provided.

He sent over Mark and Johnny to my house who were both professional, courteous and very helpful to answer my questions. They did a top notch job, making sure that every vent and air intake were as clean as a whistle!

From the moment I used the online tool for a quote and appointment, through to the completion of the job, this company exceeded my expectations. Work was done on time with attention to detail and great explanations of the process and the outcome. After we 'wondered out loud' what shape the ducts were in Nick showed us before and after photos of the cleaning process. I highly recommend them!

After moving to a new home just over 2 years ago, we decided that a thorough duct cleaning was in order. I was very skeptical about the service initially as I often receive phone calls during the dinner hour for duct cleaning services by individuals who seem like they may be phoning from another continent - but I digress. Using the HomeStars website was easy and I was contacted by a few companies through the inquiry process. One of them was The Duct Cleaning Specialists. After reading through their reviews and multiple messages with Paul - who was very responsive and answered all of my questions quickly, we decided on The Duct Cleaning Specialists. They were able to accommodate our preferred schedule - mainly due to our 1.5 year old.

Mark and Johnny arrived promptly at 9 am. Mark explained what would be done and asked me to take him to the furnace room - luckily no cutting of the ducts needed to be done, which probably shortened the overall time of the job. Both Mark and Johnny moved quickly and efficiently through our home, taking care and being mindful of the space. They cleaned up all their equipment and left the vents, windows and spaces clear of debris when they were finished. Even the furnace filter was replaced! Both were very courteous and friendly to chat with. My wife and I were very impressed with the service and all three of us can breathe a little easier now. We highly recommend Paul and The Duct Cleaning Specialists.

They were absolutely amazing! Great service, attention to detail and cost was the best out there! I notice a huge difference in the efficiency of my furnace and air flow! I would recommend these guys to anyone in a heart beat!

I chose The Duct Cleaning Specialists after speaking with Paul. He was the only person of the 4 companies I called who asked questions to better understand my particular situation, including requesting that I text him photos of the dryer and exhaust vent. He arrived within the specified 2 hour window. He cleaned out the lint from our dryer vent and didn't even charge us because it wasn't as big of a job as anticipated. He educated us about how to maintain/clean out the dryer vent ourselves in the future. I had also asked him about cleaning the ducts in our condo. He informed us that our type of forced air HVAC system doesn't typically requiring cleaning which saved us another $300 dollars. I was impressed with his honesty and integrity. As a result of this experience I will definitely be a long-term customer and have arranged for dryer vent cleaning in a couple of other condo units.
Update: I asked Paul to clean out the dryer vents and inspect the ducts for cleaning for 2 other condo units. As with my previous experience, I found Paul to be very professional. He kept me informed with his arrival time. He inspected the dryer vent and HVAC systems. After inspection he indicated they did not require extensive cleaning. I liked his honesty -- he did not attempt to convince me to pay for a service that he felt was not necessary, despite the time required for him to drive downtown. He provided useful, practical advice about how to maintain the dryer vent, keep the HVAC system clean and improve the air quality in the units. I am thoroughly impressed with my experience with Paul of the Duct Cleaning Specialists and would highly recommend his company.
