After moving to a new home just over 2 years ago, we decided that a thorough duct cleaning was in order. I was very skeptical about the service initially as I often receive phone calls during the dinner hour for duct cleaning services by individuals who seem like they may be phoning from another continent - but I digress. Using the HomeStars website was easy and I was contacted by a few companies through the inquiry process. One of them was The Duct Cleaning Specialists. After reading through their reviews and multiple messages with Paul - who was very responsive and answered all of my questions quickly, we decided on The Duct Cleaning Specialists. They were able to accommodate our preferred schedule - mainly due to our 1.5 year old. Mark and Johnny arrived promptly at 9 am. Mark explained what would be done and asked me to take him to the furnace room - luckily no cutting of the ducts needed to be done, which probably shortened the overall time of the job. Both Mark and Johnny moved quickly and efficiently through our home, taking care and being mindful of the space. They cleaned up all their equipment and left the vents, windows and spaces clear of debris when they were finished. Even the furnace filter was replaced! Both were very courteous and friendly to chat with. My wife and I were very impressed with the service and all three of us can breathe a little easier now. We highly recommend Paul and The Duct Cleaning Specialists.

Mike is a professional through and through. He answered every question we had from the first phone call. His prices are competitive and the workmanship is excellent. He brought numerous samples to our home so we could select what would best suit our space. He answered texts right away and was flexible with the installation date and time. We have a 1 year old and Mike's job estimate of 2 hours has spot on - our daughter doesn't like to wait for her nap! We are very pleased with the product, service and installation and would highly recommend Torontonian Flooring for any of your carpet flooring needs.

Erika was our moving coordinator and was always available to contact via email - speedy replies too! Since this was our first time using a moving company, we had lots of questions, but Erika was always ready to help. She definitely gave us confidence in our decision to choose Rent-A-Son and they did not disappoint. Jordan and Irving were our movers. They were amazing. Polite, respectful of our belongings and SUPER FAST. They would always check with us if they were unsure about an item and they wrapped up everything, no matter how small. When we arrived at our new house, they put mats down to walk on and were literally running out the door to retrieve the next item from the truck. I can't say enough about these guys - they were great. Bottom line, if you're moving use Rent-a-son.
