Water was not draining off the roof and into the downspouts properly. MrRoofRepair.ca repsonded very quickly to an online request and arranged for someone to take a look the following day. The specialist called me at work to explain the issue and was able to install a Drip Edge there and then before more rain fell!

Leaky Roof - flashing was mishandled when the valley was originally put in - Our house is just over two years old and we started seeing leaks in our living room. Mr. Roof Repair was wonderful - they responded to my email and phone call promptly. They sent Arthur out the next day and even took digital pictures of the problem that was dealt with promptly and on the spot. Very friendly and personable and also gave good advice. Would highly recommend this company.

My experience was no exception. Before finding Mr Roof Repair, I had real trouble getting other companies to look at my roof. Those that did ignored my request to assess the leak and instead left an estimate to replace the entire roof.

Mr Roof Repair was at my house within a week; after describing the problem thoroughly they were able to assess the leak, fix it and also touch up a couple of other potential problems on the roof all within the hour. Not only that, they explained the roof of the problem (the roof was not installed correctly in the first place.. surprise surprise).

The before and after shots are a great touch that give a tangible sense of the work that was done.

They returned my call within half an hour and Arthur came the next day. I had 2 other roofing companies trying to sell me on a full replacement between $11k and $15k and Arthur fixed it up for $500. He did say I should budget for a new roof within the next 5 years, but now I have time and can have it done properly during the warm months instead of paying through the nose for it now. The most agressive salesman was from Avenue Road; as soon as I mentioned that I was having Mr. RoofRepair come to look, he backed off. I assume this means he knew he was selling me something that I didn't need. Even if I ended up needing a new roof, the peace of mind from having someone examine it that isn't trying to sell you a new roof is well worth the $500. BTW - had a rainy holiday weekend and no leaks!!

Our Ceiling had sprung a leak ove the last couple of months and we had been looking to fix it. It was a small patch on the corner of the ceiling and water from the roof had seeped in causing paint to blister. We had looked at quotes from a couple of roofers and the estimates had been very high for the job. Including one from Regal Roofing who said our entire roof needed to be re-done!!! Mr. RoofRepair (Alex)fixed the problem (seams on the roof that needed sealing) in a timely manner, provided before and after pictures and basically gave us the peace of mind we need over this winter at a reasonable price. I must say I am very impressed with their 1 hour time limit and their fees. Thanks to Michael Bergmann and his team!

I contacted them online and they responded right away. They repaired a few shringles that flew off during a rain storm. I tried other companies before but they were either too busy or said they would come and never showed up. Mr Roof Repair came when they said they would and did an excellent job. I will definitely use them again when the weather gets warmer to replace my whole roof!

Arthur from Mr. Roof Repair came to my home to work on my issues with skylights and eavestroughs that were leaking and a downspout that was loose as well. He is personable, and a pleasure to work with. Dealing with very cold/freeaing temperatures this company were great at coming to my home as promptly as possible to look after the problem, caulk and seal the skylights that were leaking until they can be fixed/repaired or replaced in warmer temperatures. The eavestrough that was leaking was cleaned out by Arthur and sealed off to avoid further leakage and dripping. The downspout as well was screwed in as it was loose and detaching from the rest of the eavestrough. I like this company and felt they were very professional. I will hopefully deal with Arthur to remedy the skylight issues further in the Spring. I would recommend Mr. Rooof REpair as I like the fact that issues can be dealt with promptly and on the spot.
