Just this last month or so, our roof was inspected by some cold and curious raccoons who were looking for a place to settle out the winter.
Thanks to a relatively new roof (2006) the damage done was minimal, but they still left their mark.
Mr Roof Repair was fabulous - they responded to my web query and my phone call promptly, they came when they said they would, and they took convenient before and after pics for those of us who wouldn't be caught dead on the roof in winter.
Excellent company, but I hope I don't need their services again soon! Damn raccoons.

Our semi-detached 90 year old double brick home had a roof done in 2000 but the flat roof portion between the dormers started leaking 3 years later. The contractor had moved. We tried several inexpensive patch repairs which would last only a year or so. We decided in summer of 2009 that the roof had to be fixed permanently so got a couple quotes and found that, though not as cheap, Mr. Roof Repair appeared most able to solve our leak problem. The repair was done by Arthur and helper in one day and involved removing 7 layers of old roofing materials which our roofer in 2000 failed to do (perhaps because we couldn't see that part of the roof and didn't wish to climb up to those heights for inspection??). The new impervious board and membrane were run 3-4 feet up the dormers (after the shingles were removed) to prevent osomosis of water and then reshingled. A new drain was installed at the front to prevent possible leakage in this area. Through all stages Arthur took photos from original roof, down through the old layers and then back up through the new roofing to the finished product. Overall we are very pleased with the service. Has the leak stopped? Well, we will need a couple years to see but we have the general belief that it will be good for many, many years to come...unlike the last roof job in 2000.

My eavestroughs were not installed properly in the first place and there was leakage. Mr. Roof answered my message promptly, came exactly when promised, did the work and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. (I had received a quote from another company that wanted to do a complete overhaul and charge me upwards of $4,000 and two other companies just didn't call me back.) I will eventually have the eavestroughs re-done, and I'll call Mr. Roof.

I contacted this company after trying several times to get estimates from other companies. The other companies that called back were only interested in replacing the whole roof. I want to wait until next year when the weather will be warmer if we needed a new roof. Mr. Roof Repair called me back promptly and scheduled the repair. They arrived on time and concluded that the leak was caused by the chimney and they repaired that area and as well as a missing shingle on the back porch. I would highly recommend this company.

I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I emailed in the morning about a leak in the ceiling of a second floor bathroom. I was lucky enough to have one of the service trucks in my area. They were able to drop by the same day! Right from first contact with Arthur I was impressed. He was courteous and thorough, explaining the problems with my flat roof. Two areas were identified as possible culprits. Within a short period of time the areas were patched. In the past I've had issues with other company's that don't want to do small repairs. Nice to see a company that sees a needed service and does it so well. Thanks again

I contacted Mr. RoofRepair to repair a leak that was coming from my roof and someone came in the same day and without delay. I was concerned because the leak was coming into my house and into my kitchen. They came in and checked the roof very thoroughly. Took pictures of the before and after (which I found really great), showed me where there was wear and tear on the roof, sealed some shingles and recommended me to eventually replace the roof. They were very knowledgeable and were able to tell how old the roof was (even though I was told it was a more recent roof). They told me without surprising me what the cost would be in advance (if they spent an hour to fix it) and I was impressed with the level of service they provided. It has rained and snowed since then and I don't have any water yet....

We had a mysterious ceiling leak in a recently renovated house. My phone call was returned within the hour and someone came to fix the problem in two days. They identified & resolved the problem within an hour, in addition to advising me of possible future concerns. I will definitely contact the company to follow through on those repairs in the future. Courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. What more can you ask for in a contractor?

Mr. Roof Repair was very good on both a quality of work level as well as a customer service level, particularly the latter. They are very easy to deal with, honest, and cooperative with their customers. I can be difficult and they handled me very well. Overall, very satisfied.

I noticed a gap where the 2nd floor roof met the dormer on our 3-storey townhouse. I wanted to get it repaired to prevent water, ice and animals from entering. It was difficult to find a company to do the work - larger firms weren't interested in the businesss and smaller companies advertising "no job to small" had poor customer service/response.
