I have contacted MrRoofRepair service with request
to repair leaking Vent flashing on the roof of my house. I vas plesently surprised with the company prompt service and professional approach to correct my problem. The repair was done within a few hours on the same day I have called the company. I would evaluate this company to be one of the best service provider in Toronto and would use their service again without the hesitation.

After the weekend rain there was substantial leakage coming from the ceiling. Called a number of roof repair companies and Mr. Roof Repair was the only one to call me back on the same day. They sent out a repairman out the next day. He was personable and professional. Discovered small holes/cracks between the flashing and roof/brick work. The flashing was nailed down and recaulked expeditiously. Thank you.

In July 2009 we had a company come and remove squirrels from our attic. They didn't tell us there was a hole left on our roof after the removal, so at the end of January 2010 we noticed some water leaking and some water damage on the paint in our bedrrom. We went up on the roof and discovered that they had left an open hole on our roof since July without telling us. It had been raining so much that we now had water leaking into our house.
In a panic I came on Homestars and found MrRoofRepair and put in a request online to have them fix two leaks. While we were on the roof we noticed there was no flashing from the roof to the gutter and there was a gap where water was entering the soffits. This is why our window frame had been leaking as well. They were able to come in a few days and fix the two problems. They also checked out our roof and gave us a quote when the time came for us to install flashings along the entire roof (they fixed where the leak was but there was no flashing along all edges of the roof). We can't do the extra job right now, but when the time comes we will definitely call MrRoof Repari to come and complete the work. They made it easy for us, as they came while we were at work and provided us with an explanation of what needed to be done and pictures to show the results. Thanks!

We had been experiencing some small amount of leaking from our 2nd floor wall/ceiling that only occured during heavy rainfall. We contacted Mr Roof Repair to have someone come out to see if they could locate the problem and to fix it.

Though we contacted them in the period right after the tornado of last year, we were able to get Arthur to our home within about a week of the initial contact. He arrived at the agreed time and set to work right away. He discovered we had some missing step flashing in our area of our roof, and the wood below showed some signs of water damage so it was likely the area of concern.

He not only fixed the problem area, but did a complete inspection of the roof and made many many more spot treatments to other areas of the roof with smaller issues that would have gotten worse without the repairs. He took before and after pictures of all the work and provided them to us, as well.

He was also able to give us an estimate of how much longer our roof would last wth explanations for what he was seeing. It was a pleasure dealing with Arthur and everyone from Mr Roof Repair.

After finding water leaking from my ceiling I phoned MrRoofRepair and they responded immediately. Although it was a cold wintery day they were able to come the next day and repair the roof. They even phoned me from the roof detailing the problem and later supplied pictures. I was pleased to have the problem fixed so quickly and professionally.

We woke up to a leaky roof sunday night and by tuesday morning the leak was repaired by Mr. Roof Repair. They responded to our message quickly (the second company did not even call us back)and booked an appt. for the next morning. JP was very professional and did a great job (appreciated the before/after shots).

Our roof had developed a leak and we were worried that we were going to have to spend a bunch of money to replace a large protion of the roof. Picking a roofer can be a scarry undertaking as our knowledge of the roof is extremely limited and we are at the mercy of the company we hire. (eg. they say we need a new roof, how are we to argue?) Mr. Roof Repair was curtious, professional, and very efficient. The repair was done three days after initial contact and they provided us with information about the condition of our roof, plus photo's of our roof to see what they had done. These guys were fast, straightforward, and cost-effective. Loved them! They supplied before-and-after pictures to let us see what the problem was; they saved us many dollars as we discovered through them that we could patch the roof instead of replacing it.
