Mister Plumber

Vlad responded to a late night call and was at my house the next morning. We recently purchased a Victorian home from the late 1800's and on feedback from the inspector, needed to replace the galvanized steel pipe that connected to the city water line. Vlad arrived early, marked the lines of where the work would be done and as promised finished the job on time and within his original quote. He is knowledgeable, pleasant and fair. He needed to dig down deep, but covered everything so well that you would not notice they had to break ground. I would recommend Vlad and his team for any plumbing needs.

Another great experience with Mister Plumber. These guys are so pleasant to work with and I really appreciate their fair quotes. Our new property had terrible water pressure and needed the main waterline upgraded. The house was set very far back from the city line, which meant it was going to cost us much more than the average home. Vlad came out to provide a quote quickly and warned us that it may be a two day job because of the distance and due to a big old tree stump right in the path of the underground pipes. Vlad said he'd do his best to get a larger crew out to keep it to one day of inconvenience for our tenants. Sure enough, he delivered, completing this massive job in one day and keeping the damage to the finished basement to a minimum. These guys are my go-to for any plumbing needs.

Alex was fantastic and we would highly recommend him. In our main bathroom he replaced an old vanity with a new one as well as replacing old piping, fixed the bathtub faucet, tightened our toilet seat. He also changed an old pedestal sink with new piping in our ensuite bathroom which required us going to Home Depot and purchasing a new one which he was happy to do. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and explained what he was doing. His work is neat, tidy and very well done. Thank you so much!

I highly recommend working with Mister Plumber. Alex is wonderful. He not only repairs the issue I had with my toilet and kitchen sink but explains in detail the cause for the problem. He definitely goes above and beyond & so happy to have a plumber I can count on.

This was a major job and the guys had to dig very deep in front of the house to get to the water sewage pipe but they did all the work in less than 2 days including arranging the city inspection. A relief to have this done! They had to dig in the crawl space for the pump (difficult job) and they left everything neat and clean. All the guys are helpful & friendly and explain everything including the government rebate. THANKS SO MUCH!

Mister Plumber comes through again! I've been using them for a few years now whenever I have a problem, and they have never failed me. When the Water Valve started to leak I gave them a call, and Alex came out to fix the problem. Alex replaced 2 valves for us, and also fixed the shoddy work that was done by whoever installed that piping in the first place. He moved the valve to an are where it would be easily accessible and made the connection higher near the ceiling so that if we wanted to finish the basement, it would easily be out of sight. Now that is something that got my respect. Alex also took the time to educate me on what I can do to avoid having problems like this in the future. Alex is an amazing plumber, and I will most assuredly be calling him in the future and recommending him to all my friends and family. Thank you for you help Alex!

He was amazing, solved problem within 15 minutes. my kitchen tap was leaking, i tried caulking, sealant glue and duct tape. but nothing worked.

Alex was great. Called to confirm appointment and arrived on time. Explained each step of the repair along the way and identified associated costs. Cost seems reasonable for the work done, and the work was excellent (lots of checking to ensure all leaks were repaired and that there were no further issues). Would definitely call Mr. Plumber again if needed.

Mr. Plumber provides high quality, professional, courteous, and prompt services at a very reasonable price. Prior to contacting the highly recommended Mr. Plumber to install a Backflow Water Valve, I contacted the City of Toronto Water division to find out what was the range of prices that the City received on applications for a subsidy for this type of work. Vlodio arrived promptly, gave me an estimate, explained exactly what the work would involve, how long it would take, and when it could be started. The price he quoted was very reasonable compared to others.

After I signed a contract with Mr. Plumber and everything after that proceeded smoothly. Vlodio arranged for the permit, confirmed the time and date of installation, and arranged for the inspection by the City. The installation was done by Sasha. Prior to Sasha’s arrival I created a plastic barrier between the work area and the rest of the basement because I was concerned about dust that I expected from the drilling into the concrete floor. To my surprise, there was minimal dust because of the procedure he used to drill into the concrete. There was no need for me to create the plastic barrier. Vlodio had pre-arranged for the inspector and Sasha to arrive two days after the installation. Sasha and the inspector arrived on time and the inspector examined and approved the installation. Sasha then covered the hole with new cement and carefully smoothed it out into a professional finish. The work area was completely clean and free of dust after Sasha finished the job.

I was completely satisfied with the quality of the work, promptness, courteousness, and price of the services provided by Mr. Plumber and will definitely call them again for my plumbing needs.
