quick and outstanding service … Andrew has shown great attention to detail, no mess in my bathroom after the job was done, and Andrew provided great professional advice how to maintain my pipes clog free without damaging them with harsh chemicals.

Andrew showed as per schedule. He was very courteous and friendly. He did his work in a professional manner and also gave some very useful advice on preventing future clogs which was much appreciated. Would recommend him highly.

Coming home to a burst pipe in the basement of the house you've just moved in to is very frustrating, however Andrew and Alex were so pleasant it ended up being not so bad. They came right away (even though it was 8 pm in the evening) and promptly explained the issues and solutions. Along the way they offered some helpful info about our home's plumbing and options for improvement that were really appreciated as we're just getting to know our home.

Andrew and Alex showed up and got our toilet flushing properly again. They had a new system installed. It ended up being pretty pricey, but I don't usually use a plumber so I have very little to compare it too. Andrew was friendly and helpful. I am very glad I don't need to deal with toilet anymore (been having problems in and off for a year, and kept trying my own fixes).

The Toilet Handle cost did feel a little overpriced.

I would recommend Mister Plumber based on the great service from Andrew and Alex. They showed up when they said they would. Did they job well.

I just wish plumbing costs were a bit more transparent.

*Follow up* - exactly 1 year and a couple days after the work was done, the toilet repair failed, and we were back to exactly what it was like before. We called to ask about the warranty, but there was no wiggle room. They would only honor the warranty within one year. My wife was extremely dissatisfied. We ended up buying a new toilet. Would not use Mister Plumber again.

Called late in the day just before Xmas with a problem reported by a tenant, Andy was able to fit us in the following afternoon.

Replaced shoddy pipework and installed new heavy duty drains in the kitchen sink to replace plastic ones cracked by previous contractors, cleaned years of built-up gunk from the drains so sink now flows cleanly, installed new high pressure valve & ballcock in toilet cistern to replace broken one - toilet now flushes better than it has done in years.

Compared to the previous guy we had out who charged $1000 just to break things Andy was amazing and totally worth the money.

Mister Plumber did some work for my neighbour and I decided to hire the same company for my project. Now, my basement is protected from flood with backwater valve, sump pump and emergency backup pump. Also, I will receive rebate from City of Toronto. Thank you!

We called Friday mid day with a broken toilet prob, and Andrew came by that same day! He was extremely courteous, very informative, and friendly. Obviously knew what he was doing, finished quickly, and was very tidy - cleaned up after himself, and provided us with extra advice. Would highly recommend.

Super quick service, friendly. They showed up in less than 20 minutes. They showed me what they were doing as they went so I knew what was happening. Highly Recommended.

Alex was great and I would highly recommend him. He called to confirm our appointment and arrived on time. And it was a Saturday too! I had a wobbly shower handle, which he quickly fixed and made me aware of an issue with my bathtub faucet that went unnoticed when I bought the condo last year. Cost was very reasonable for the work done, and the work was top notch. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. I am happy to have a plumber I can rely on!

Prompt & excellent service.... Job was completed in one day. Crew put in a long day on a very cold and windy day.
