I had an overflowing drain in my basement because my Eavestrough was connected to the sewer drain. Andrew and Alex came and assessed the situation. They were very efficient to snake the drain and then showed me the inside of the pipe with a camera, which was very clean and clear after the snaking. They were both very professional and provided me with a lot of additional advice to keep my drains from clogging again.

A friend of mine recommended Mister Plumber to install backwater valve and sump pump. Vlad, who is a master licensed plumber, explained all details and steps for this project. He took care of everything including permit and job was done according to our timeline. I am very happy to have business with professionals and highly recommend Mister Plumber for drain and plumbing services.

We've used Mister Plumber a few times since purchasing our home earlier this year. When we first moved in we had a serious clog, then we had a cracked main pipe leaking into the wall, and most recently, we installed a backwater valve. Every time I call around for different quotes and every time they come up the best. I called about the backwater valve on a Wednesday, they installed it in 2 hours on a Friday, the inspector came on the Monday, and they finished up an hour after that - including filling out my subsidy form.

A small clogged drain issue became a whole sewer line upgrade, but I feel much better we did it! Our 100-year old house had original clay pipes that were on the outs. New PVC pipes from the house stack right out to the city line with minimal basement disruption thanks to the pipe-bursting technology was great. Also the backwater valve and upgraded sump pump are eligible for city rebates and now I feel more secure about possible water damage down the road. These guys were professional and reasonable. One note - they aren't landscapers - if you want to save your yard shrubs or have your paving stones reassembled properly after the big front yard dig, you'll be doing that yourself.

After waiting a few weeks for another plumber to be able to do our work, we called Mr Plumber and were pleasantly surprised to find that they could start our job the same day! We had two toilets to be replaced and two Japanese washlets/ bidet seats to be installed on the new toilets. Andrew from Mr Plumber was very friendly, and did a very professional job of installing these units, even though he had not installed the Japanese toilet seats/washlets before. I wouldn't hesitate to use Mr Plumber, and hopefully Andrew, in the future and would recommend them to anyone who asks.

I got Mister Plumber's phone number from my neighbor. Sasha and Igor replaced sewer line outside under my driveway. The job was complicated because of hard compacted soil, but guys used powerful equipment and drain pipe was replacing without touching my driveway. Thank you Mister Plumber for your work. We originally found Mister Plumber here on H.S., and read all the great reviews. We had Igor over and he was very good at getting us a quote. The team at Mister Plumber did a good plumbing job overall in installing a backwater valve, new drain pipes and a sump pump. However they dug a huge hole in the front porch area and our porch sank, and so did my neighbors (semi-detached house).

When we called them back to see if they could help us fix it, they told us that they don't care if the job was 11K (what we paid), or 30K! This was not their problem and any collateral damage as a result of their dig was not their concern. After spending so much, and trusting these guys with such a big job, we would have expected more.

We really don't like writing bad reviews as we know this can negatively impact a company, but this botched job is now costing us thousands more to get fixed as their digging has created a structural issue with our home.

Be very careful in hiring Mister Plumber.
