Mister Plumber

Alex promised to come at a specified time and came exactly as promised....which is really nice to have for planning purposes. He replaced a leaky master shut-off valve in the basement (the city needed to shut off the external street valve before the work inside could begin). He performed the job quickly and efficiently, with no mess whatsoever. He was a pleasure to work with and I would definitely hire him (and his firm) again.

We were very happy with the work to install the new Waterline and Back Water Valve. The team was prompt to show up, very attentive to clean everything up every day before leaving, and took care of the plants that had to be removed for the water valve install, even during the delay where we needed the City to come in to do additional work. Their prices were very competitive and everyone was very accommodating when the work plan changed and we were waiting for the City to replace the city valve. Mister Plumber did their very best to wrap up the work at the earliest opportunity and ensure we were happy with the job, and we would definitely use Mister Plumber in future.

I recently bought new house.During last heavy rain my sump pump fails that caused flood in the basement. It was almost 10 pm, when I called couple plumbers and only Mister Plumber had new pump to replaced my broken one. All other plumbers told me that all plumbing stores and Home Depot are closed and there was hard to get new pump. Mister Plumber provided prompt service that saved my basement from bigger flood and further damage. Highly recommended.

Called about an unknown leak from the 2nd floor bathroom, which was leading to water damage on our 1st floor ceiling. Received same day service, the crew was on time, and they worked quickly and cleanly, describing the work in detail as they went. What more could you want? Andrew was awesome!

We have used mister plumber in the past and were so happy with their work that we had them back to complete our largest plumbing project. We needed to replace our hundred year old sewage drain. It ran the length of our basement to the city line. We had a backwater valve installed as well. Mister Plumber offered a very reasonable quote for the job and timely start date for the project. They arrived on time secured areas that may be affected by excavation so as to protect the landscape and other parts of the home. There was a need to remove our front staircase (which was in terrible condition to begin with) but they were very careful and secured it back on to the porch without problem. They were very polite and walked us through the steps to the process. As a household that has had lots of contractors come through, perhaps the most significant component was the way in which Mister Plumber left all areas incredibly clean and tidy, to the point where you'd never know work was done at all. We trust this company and would only hire them for any further plumbing work. Good job and thank you!

We currently live in south Mississauga, near Lake Ontario, and have experienced basement flooding 2 years ago in the July storm. We were at the stage now that we were interested in installing a backwater valve in our cold storage room. After requesting a quote online, (on a Sunday), I received a phone call from Vlad that same day to discuss what we wanted to do. (I should add that this was the fourth plumbing company that I had contacted). I explained the situation in our cold storage room, (i.e. the floor had been tiled over), and Vlad outlined in detail how they would address the project. Vlad also took care of the permit and arranging the building inspector for us. Sasha came and did an incredible job locating the pipe, installing the valve, and then coming back and finishing the job after the inspection by the city inspector.
In terms of cost, they were a few hundred dollars cheaper than the other two companies, (who did not offer to complete the entire job like Mister Plumber had done with the permits and arranging inspection), and they also provided all the information that we need to get the rebate from the Region of Peel.
All in all, we were very pleased with Mister Plumber and the work that they did. We would highly recommend them to anyone interested in installing a backwater valve. They were helpful, efficient, and left the area clean.

Had a bad smell and an old toilet. Went out and bought a new one and called Mister Plumber. They were here the next day, confirmed that the smell was a squashed wax seal, installed new toilet, cleaned up, and were friendly all the way through! Thanks a ton.

Phoned for a quote on a 1/2' to 3/4' water line replacement of an old galvanized steel pipe. Called Wednesday, got the quote on Thursday and the project started at 8:30AM on Monday and they were finished by noon on the same day. The price came in less than I expected and they were beyond easy to deal with. Highly recommended.

I was renovating my basement and Igor and Vlad were very professional in all aspects of the job. Their job involved a 3 step process which first included fixing the current pipes on the wall and on the floor for the new shower to be installed. Then installing shower base and lastly the final stage was to install all of the accessories (bathroom and Laundry sink, toilet, faucets) and the pipping required). Igor was quick and efficient in all the work that he did. Lastly, they also installed three new valves. Igor and Vlad were very efficient in their work and always showed up when they said they would and completed all the work in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that needs plumbing and will be recommending them to friends and family. Thanks again to both Vlad and Igor for their great work!!

We had a toilet leakage and the company was very responsive and contacted us within 24 hours and gave us a quote over the phone. They arrived promptly and fixed our problem and provided other recommendations. Great service!
